Not gonna lie, I am a huge fan of the Freeze Toxic Mix AP Augment cause it follows the style of the original "Alterations", there being a drawback to the boost. Thus you won't be too overpowered against people who don't have the augment, and thus keeping the game in a state of balance. Same goes for the Railgun and Striker AP "augments", which are more so "Alterations" than upgrades XD. But anyways, great article!

Yes! This happens when the server is about to restart. (or is in the process of restarting). I'm not 100% certain though, but this happened to me and the people in my battle when the server restarted so I assumed it was caused due to that.

You mean Tanki X? XD
-
Ahh, the good old copy and paste method XD. Just kidding lol Anyway, thanks for clarifying!

Freezing effect doesn't drop flags or balls, I don't see why 100% movement reduction does it anyway.

Ahh yes, free Repair Kits every 5 seconds XD 100% agree, I myself also thought of this and another idea XD The other idea was to allow supplies you used to be refunded to you when you got EMP-ed.

Are we allowed to submit screenshots from the special Juggernaut mode happening right now? Also... Here, it says we need the number "14", but the article says "21", which one do we use?

valid Nerf the starfing ability of hovering hulls
Tanker-Arthur replied to mjmj5558 in Ideas and Suggestions
Nope. Hovering hulls that strafe are extremely annoying, especially to players who use Vulcan, Striker, Twins, and Ricochet, as they cannot lock on easily to deal sustained damage. If there was only one hovering hull in the game, sure, it can stay. But with 30% of the hulls being hovering, it has to go, or be nerfed somewhat like @mjmj5558 said. Especially if one of the most popular hulls right now is Hopper. These hulls legit counter the aforementioned turrets; it took me forever to destroy strafing Hoppers on my Vulcan account, and it's mainly due to Vulcan's rotation speed being unable to match the strafing speed of these hulls. -
Like @wolverine848 said, those people don't know when to evade enemy fire XD

? XD Oh, I was talking about a buff Vulcan got in early 2019 lol. Yours is about the buff Vulcan got in early 2020 I believe. But yeah, you're right. If current Vulcan did the same damage as the version prior February 2020, it would technically be the worst turret in the game right now (not factoring hull augments).

I agree, around 50% of the Legends I see have GS scores around 5000-8000. And not gonna lie, on my lower accounts, I rank up so fast, I only have time to upgrade one set of equipment before the next modification unlocks. Thus, my garage isn't very versatile to a large range of battles.

Agreed! I don't understand why the developers overlooked the fact that a large portion of Firebird's damage comes from afterburn. It's afterburn effect was increased in fall of 2018, and I highly agree with you. That change has ended up causing game balance problems for years. Increasing the afterburn to 300 per second also increased Vulcan's overheat to 300 per second (cause apparently they use the same code lol), and thus, Vulcan suffered heavily. Vulcan was then buffed to compensate for the new overheat (seriously, I don't understand why they could've just made overheat and afterburn 2 separate mechanics). The new, early 2019 Vulcan ended up being too strong so it was nerfed heavily by having it's damage decreased AND the damage got reduced while it was overheating. Vulcan ended up being bad again, and thus the devs ended up reworking it in February 2020 to the version we have today. Sometime after, some random people complained that Firebird was bad because everyone was using a Firebird Protection Module to resist the massive afterburn damage. Thus, the protection modules got nerfed and now no longer protect against burn damage (and as a plus, they no longer protect against freezing effects). And then Firebird became overpowered again........so the developers decided to just kill the turret and add....sigh.....Heat Immunity. And thus, we got buyer-friendly Hull Augments now. As a plus, Heat immunity now made Vulcan extremely powerful....so yeah. It's all been one big domino effect.

Also, keep in mind.......the gifts are random (I think), so not everyone may be getting a gift O_O Edit: Nevermind, we're all getting gifts lol. My bad.

I really hope the Shaft LGC gets added soon lol. I just got Rico LGC and, not gonna lie, it's growing on me, despite me starting the game in 2014 :,)
-
True, Firebird and Freeze have both lost their charm over the years. :( Same with Thunder lol, now we got Twins, Ricochet with it's alt, Striker, Magnum, and Gauss who all deal splash damage.
-
I feel like it should get a nerf in damage dealt. Revert it back to the pre-August 2018 Firebird, where the damage wasn't consistent and you dealt more burn damage the hotter your enemy was. (Which, by the way, doesn't do as much damage as 300 per second)
-
That's true XD

I feel like Crisis should be completely wiped clean and reworked into something like this: When your health drops below 50% of your max health, Crisis activates a passive healing effect that heals you back up to the 50% health threshold. Healing per second: 25-75 Example: Wasp M3 has 2000 health. 50% of 2000 is 1000 When the enemy damages you and you have less than 800 health left, the drone starts to heal you. Once you have more than 1000 health, the drone stops healing you. The healing effect cannot be activated again until you drop below 1000 health once more.' Or something similar to that. Basically, I feel like if a drone's name is "Crisis", it should help you when you are in a crisis......not make your enemies suffer a crisis.

Correctly predicted, I'm impressed XD

Yes, they are "Black Lives Matter": Black Lives Matter isn't exactly "politics", but it sure is a "political and social movement".
-
It's either that or Fire Golem for me lol. Volcanic Eruption is cool and all but needs more orange XD

If a player with Isida heals a person who has -100% Isida Protection, the Isida player would do damage to the player they are healing.

Hmm, I suggest waiting for a challenge that gives you an alteration/augment for one of those turrets. Also, Cold Immunity is cool and all, but there are better augments. You should wait till a challenge has Heat Immunity, Stun Immunity, or EMP Immunity for your hulls. (Of course, if you want, you can just buy the current pass for the sake of gaining a massive amount of crystals and supplies. Ultimately, it's your choice.)

If you use Smoky a lot, yes.
