The problem is in your keyboard. It is ghosting, what preety much means that you can not press several buttons at once. You can test the ghosting effect at an --->official Microsoft webpage<--- . Try to press the exact same buttons as you do while playing Tanki, and see which of the actions will be shown on the virtual keyboard on the webpage. If you see that not all the button you pressed are "pressed" there, this means your keyboard is ghosting, and your mystrry is solved.

May I ask where you got the download link from? The download link for Tanki X got spread, but that does not give you access to the testing. The code we got by registrating our nickname does not give you access to the testing yet. So, if you got the download link somewhere in the internet, you can not access the testing, it is normal. But, if you are one of the lucky 300 players that got the official invite code for the early stage of Tanki X testing, I would advice you to contact Help Desk at help@tankionline.com

I am fairly sure you did not confirm your email using the link from the post you got on your email. If you have done all that, and it is still not working, please contact help@tankionline.com . Be as informative as possible, so that they can fix your problem ASAP :)

Yes, that is why it does not work for you :) You have to confirm your email using the link you will get, after that try to reserve your nickname again :)

You did not confirm your email. Check your email for any posts from Tanki Online (no-reply), check spam folder aswell. If you can not find it, delete the email address from the settings, save it, and enter it again. After confirming the email address, try reserving your nickname again :)

There was too much load on the servers, and as they are still unstable, they crashed. Developers are fixing them, everything will be ready ASAP :) Both banned and blocked users can not reserve their nicknames.
