Since I've changed my internet connection (I had normal adsl but now I've fiber) my tanki continuously reports this error: I've tried on the website and with the client but nothing changed. The error seems random, sometimes I can play 20/30 minutes without it but in most cases I can barely do one battle...the worst thing is that my stats are not memorized, when I reopen the game I land in the home page and not in the battle where I was, so I can't earn crystals and finish my missions. I've cleared the cache of both versions, my internet speed is good (>90Mbps) as the ping, indeed I never had this problem before the change. Any help? Maybe it is possible to contact any developers? Ah tanki X works fine if this can help!

Someone know if tanki needs some ports to be open on the router?

In the past years I had this problem maybe 10 times at all... but since yesterday the game crashs every 15/20 minutes even if I'm not playing o.o I want to know if it is a problem of the game or maybe it happens because I've changed router...

I'm using the client and today I received at least 7/8 errors like this! I was playing normally and suddenly "server connection closed" :angry: and the other bad thing is that when i reloaded the client the battle was not saved and I landed on the battle list... I lost lots of crystals -.-

I used less than 20 supplies for doing 300 kills...

Any news? I really need a thing like this for doing a list of all the players that should be avoided in the game...

From a few days i'm using the client because the browser version has too much lag (I've a nice computer and fast connection). But it is at least the twentieth time that the client crashes in less than a week. Also, 10 minutes ago I was about to catch the gold but a tanker pushed me up and I self-destructed for no reason... and it's not the first time that this problem with anti-cheat system bother me. I want one gold box supply for refund!

Hello, I've a similar problem. I've Windows 7 64bit and untill yesterday I was running firefox (32 bit version). Ok maybe sometimes there was lag but the graphic was ok. Today I installed the 64 bit version of firefox because I wanted to improve the performance, but the graphic now is terrible, like chrome without hardware acceleration! Flash player is updated, hardware acceleration is on, where is the problem? :( Should I return to the 32 bit version?? p.s. now I'm back to the 32bit and it works fine. Also, following this tutorial, I've checked that none of this settings are missing and everything is supported. Using the 64bit version instead, those settings are not showed and the test page remains black. I suppose it is a problem with the flash plugin and the 64bit version of firefox, is there anyone who are using this?

I changed the key for gold box supply from 6 to 9 (and from numpad 6 to numpad 9) but when I am in a battle I still see the little "6" on the gold icon. Why? Maybe I should try another key?

What??? Because of this contest now every battle is full of druggers, it's not fun anymore. Tanki owners are thinking only at the money, they don't cares about us.
