    How could we help moderators?

Not sure if I understood correctly. You want to be able to see battles that don't fit your rank, so you can check battles for powerleveling? Unfortunately this isn't possible. Firstly, with the new battle list, players see only battles that fit their rank. And secondly, even if you're able to see battles not fitting your rank, you still won't be able to report violations, as proof just from the battle lobby showing players' names and their scores isn't acceptable (as you won't be able to enter the battle if it doesn't fit your rank). Moderators and administrators are able to see and join battles from any rank and mode, even private ones. If you really want to help us, you can report violations from battles you can join, or use the /vote to call us to check the battle :)

    Dear staff members

Just to add a bit more - when you registered, you read and agreed to the rules - all the rules, including those stating that creating offensive or pointless flood nicknames is forbidden, that flaming and creating conflicts just because you have nothing else to do is forbidden, and that creating forum topics that have already been created is also forbidden. You agreed to all that, and now you complain about it. I'd suggest you to read the EULA (which you also agreed to) again - there it's said that if you don't agree to the rules, you can't be here. Dear Wiki-goo/Wiki-tank, and your other alts, you used to do the same before - start a topic like this one, then we come, explain everything, and after some time you start all over again. It really isn't needed. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine.

    Explanations needed for some rules

You're welcome :) I don't find the change necessary, as it doesn't say "you can't post criticism", but "you can't post unconstructive criticism" - unconstructive means something like in my example above. And this is not something we need, it just takes up space and doesn't help in any way, thus it's forbidden. But of course constructive one is welcomed - if you check the Devs' news topics, you'll see they're full of constructive criticism about new updates and how they can be improved, and noone gets banned for that. All mods' actions are logged and can be checked at any time. If a player thinks his content was deleted for no reason, he can write to the appropriate admin and request such a check on moderator's actions. In fact, we almost never alter players' content in any way without notifying them (in case it's an obvious alt made for trolling, then we just ban and empty the account). So that's not something to worry about, it's just part of the legal stuff about the game rules, which the lawyers from Alternativa decided to include. In conclusion, I'm afraid nor me, nor anyone else from the staff is able to change the rules (technically possible, but it's not up to us), nor we're able to act on behalf of the devs about why some rule exists, why is it written in such a way and so on. So, in case you have any requests or complains about the rules, EULA, or Privacy policy, you should write to help@tankionline.com, those are the people responsible for such stuff.

    Explanations needed for some rules

1.12 - creating accounts with nicknames such as Moderators_are_noobs, staffisstupid isn't allowed. 1.14 - kinda self-explanatory, nicknames referring to sexual stuff aren't allowed. 1.17 - nicknames like iut87t58d7bv89d7t89d57 aren't allowed as they're pointless, ruin chats' look and their owners often forget them after a week and then start sending tons of emails to tech support, telling it's Tanki's fault they can't log in. 2.3.9 - this is not a political nor an elections site, which is why political discussions aren't allowed in any form. 2.3.2.1 - "you noob devs suck, what a stupid game, you can't fix simple problems", etc. arent allowed. 3.16 - we can delete or move any content that breaks the game rules or is posted at the wrong place (like you did with this topic), without notifying the player about it. The player is responsible for his own actions, and he's obliged to follow the rules he read and agreed to before registering in the game. 6.4 - if you write to help@tankionline.com, tech support has the right to store all of the emails you sent them. I'll leave this open for a bit, in case you have more questions, but according to the rules such questions should be sent to help@tankionline.com. 6.2. User may send any questions, comments or complaints regarding these Game Rules to help@tankionline.com. The Administration will make every effort to consider such requests as soon as possible.

Tanki ask us for feebback, but the power happy mods block them

Not sure why you got that idea, but this is completely wrong. Idiocy is usually deleted by us as soon as spotted, while good ideas get tons of pages with discussions. You shouldn't forget you agreed to the EULA when registering in the game, I've already kind of explained that according to it, refunds are not possible, here, hope things are clear now. It's up to the developers if they'll write "planned", "declined" or "thanks" - they do that when they can, one of the game designers that checks our section every day actually does that pretty often, you can check his posts. However, most of the time those people have much more important tasks than staying in the forum for the whole day to write "planned" or not. Well, they do, otherwise, why did they create this section? To take up space? :) You are obliged to break the section rules you agreed to by visiting this section? No, that's not correct. If you want to use the forum and post content, you are obliged to follow its rules. So if you want to post your ideas, you need to post them in the correct place. It's just pointless to post them elsewhere, as we'll move them here anyway, and if you continue doing it wrong, at some point you'll get a ban, sadly. Also, "mods can listen to us" - we are not the people deciding what idea to accept and what not to accept, so there's no need to call for our attention by posting in the wrong place I know this has already been answered, but I'll do it again, in a few words - we do respect the rules, however, if you think we don't, you can complain to the forum admin. Our job is to moderate, and moderating includes all forum sections, including the Ideas one. We close topics not because we don't like the ideas - this doesn't matter. Idea topics are closed or removed because either they've already been suggested 100 times before, either because we know they won't be implemented (surprise or not, we have a direct contact with the developers and know what's going on with the game). Anyway, things kinda got offtopic. The original question was "why players can't post ideas that suggest to remove things that have already been added to the game" - the reasons are two. Firstly, removal of updates is a really rare phenomenon. Secondly, as you all know, once an update comes, a special topic in Developers' news section gets opened to collect feedback and usually stays open for several weeks. There, you can state if you like the update or not and according to that, developers may decide to remove it. But to wait a month or two and then start making topics about removing some update - as I said, such "removal" happens very, very rarely. Which is the reason to have the "don't suggest to roll back updates" phrase in our rules. And as it has been said, those rules have been created by an ex-forum mod, together with the forum admin and the Community manager, and are a copy of the Russian Feedback rules, the same rule exists there too, difference is that they aren't complaining about it. In conclusion, we'll look into this rule point and if the people responsible agree that it should be removed, it will be removed and you'll be able to see this change in the section rules topic in a few days. If it doesn't get approved, it will stay as it is.

    pretty much done with TOL

Hi, The first thing - insults, discussing moderators' actions and advertizing other games are things forbidden by the Game Rules, which you yourself read and agreed to when registering in the game. Now, about "changing parameters of items I paid for" - well, when registering, you also agreed to the EULA, which says In other words, if you do not agree with the aforementioned text, you have no right to play the game. Good luck with playing the other game you mentioned :)

    signing into wiki

You can't log in there with your game name and password, as the game accounts aren't synchronized with the Wiki database. The login form there is used only by Wiki editors, so they can do their job (edit, update). Others can only read, which is actually the purpose of the Wiki site :)

    Why is Tanki on Miniclip?

Ok, I'll try again, for you. The guy has a problem (presented a bit unclear though) - why the address is http://www.miniclip.com/games/tanki-online/en/ - this is why I'm asking the guy, how does he think the url should look like when you want to enter Tanki through a site that contains a million more games?
