As you know, with the recent tanki outage, most notably The July 11th Tankopocalypse Saga, it was not just the game servers that were affected, but other part of our core system which directly impacted and reduced our help desk capabilities. So we too suffered some outages on that end. This led to a bit of a backlog growing up, and this was further accentuated with more and more players complaining about the outage itself. Rest assured though, devs have already done a tremendous job at restoring our systems and we've since then worked through most of the correspondence received. Who moderates the mods? The administrators do. I am myself responsible for forum moderation team and a few other teams. My colleagues and are responsible for chat moderation. Well there's a lead community manager, and he is in turn moderated by others above him. Typical pyramid. As for helpdesk, no, these are not moderators working there, but dedicated staff of the company who are there to help you out where moderators can't. i.e. technical stuff, e.g. account loss etc ... Now about your experience with them being not so satisfactory, well first off please accept our apologies on it. I'm pretty sure we can resolve that. Just send me a pm with whatever concerns you about them, or what was it they were unable to help you with and I'll do my best to help you where I can. Hi, This part is not a secret. Its quite normal. As a company we have to keep logs of just about everything over a set period of time. Just in case. Things go wrong all the time. Technical things. So in order to better understand where and when problems arise and how to better solve them, we need logs of just about everything. At least for the most recent stuff when everything was still working fine. And yes, those even include chat logs to a certain extent. However for all intents and purposes those are off limits for any normal users, not even moderators can get access to those. What you read in the EULA is more of a disclaimer about how tankionline is not obligated to store any of those messages on the tankionline website and game servers and are under no obligation whatsoever to produce records of chat messages to anyone.

For all the arguments about the game, all the good people above already pretty much said it all. I'll just add that, yeah, may be its not fully balanced yet, but you've heard about new paints and protection modules changes in the works. Those are one of the many steps being taken to address the balance issue. About paying, things like XT items don't get you any extra power. Premium paint is, well, 15% ONLY. Kits are much more in line nowadays compared to the ridiculousness they were at in the past, and they'll keep taming that down, trust me on this one. And that leaves us with power-ups. Are they too strong, are they useless, people seem to have varying opinions, if you'd like to share your opinion on that please post here so we can keep track of it all. Now in addition to the above, please take note that PRO battles without supplies exists. If you don't find one on servers, create one and invite your friends and tell them to invite their friends. As simple as this. There's also some servers where you find only pro battles. Still not convinced and want to be able to win without spending a dime, well, The Mid Ranker's Handbook is where you need to hang out. I'm sure you'll learn the many ways to win this game without burning your wallet ;)

Hi We're really sorry about this. As pointed out by @BuriedSky above, there's no real solution to this other than the one cited here : http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2306-what-to-do-if-the-battle-timer-is-stuck/ The development team is aware of the issue and we hope to have a work around in future. No timelines have been set forth though. The ultimate best thing to do is join battles with fixed cap on flags, points, kills instead of those relying on timers. Again, very sorry for this incident. We're monitoring the situation and once we have news on them we'll share through our regular development news channels. Closing this thread for now. If anything hit me in pm. Thanks

Also, to clarify on the topic title, not every account with the word "test" in them were blocked. Only certain ones which follows the pattern used by us internally for testing and development tasks. @Golfinray You can gather proofs of all that, then record footage of it all in battle situations, submit everything in the Game Violations section and one of the concerned gameplay moderators will have a good look into it. Make sure you read the rules of the section before taking that endeavor.
