Yes like everyone said, 2nd is a common bug which persists for quite a while now. And for the first, it's the low difference in the gap between the armour of your tank and the higher modification of the enemy team player's turret. Even at Mk7, try to upgrade your protections further to produce even better results in terms of defending. Also, it could be your drone factor, more upgraded the drone, higher amour it may provide, so try to have a look into that also.

Yes many people can buy the bundles more than once (Silver). More number of bundles you buy, more chances you get in the giveaway. The amount you calculated is the prize for giveaway per person if he/she wins. Let's say I bought bundles twice, and now I have 2 chances of winning the giveaway and let's say I won the giveaway twice, so I am going to get 8k*2 = 16,000 tankoins ^^

You can collect weekly missions which give Tankoins, or you can participate in Events and contests that are held regularly and present tankoins as a reward. And as always, every BP gives you 100 tankoin.

Based on the above option, duplet isn't that good for MM, only very short range. Mortar is a no because it's definitely straight camping, Hyperspace isn't that good elsewhere except siege because of the current rail situation and abundant protections against it. I would say choose either Twins or Vulcan based on your playing style and go for either of them, both are fantastic.
