To do that , you need to open 2 tabs in browser open forum then open incognito window with other account or without other account and this will happen.

No i opened 2 tabs and other person in other place opened one tab and tried to view my profile.

Do you think what will happen if we opened the forum in 2 tabs , then opened incognito window in other account or in the same account ? first tab in topic second tab in forum OR first tab in PM second tab in topic then opened incognito window in other account.
