Clear the internet explorer's cache and load the client again, wait for a few minutes to let it download the cache. How to clear your browser’s cache?

Uninstall the game client. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline Delete "Local Store" folder. Re-install the game client. Hello! :) Please follow the instructions below: Check your system date/time if its correct. Open web-browser. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del. This window will open. Set the options as done in the picture above and clear the cookies. Restart your browser. Open Tanki Online and check if the problem is fixed. If the problem still remains, repeat all the steps in safe mode
