- Final Provisions

7.5. Claims of the Participants related to participation in the Event are accepted by the Organizer for consideration within fifteen (15) days from the day the results are announced.
7.6. The Organizer is not responsible for any delay in performance or partial or full failure to fulfill obligations to the Participants, and / or their parent (s) / legal representative (s) in accordance with these Rules, if this delay or non-performance is a consequence of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.
7.7. All disputes arising are resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation.
BY ENTERING ANY EVENT, YOU ALL, agree to all the rules stated by these events. So stop clowning yourselves please. It has been known forever that the game can do what they want to do, when they want to do since a long, long, long time.

- if you're that upset and have the guts, stop threatening the devs with 'we will quit the game', this happens so often and we all know majority of y'all will still come back the next event willing to pay and play due to addiction, stop fooling everyone and making a big deal out of it.

And no, I am not siding with the devs, this event needed a bit more thought clearly, it is what it is. Be constructive and move on? People out here expecting straight to the platter. Don't worry, I've been sleeping on the latest events since none of the items in there have been worth me playing on the main.
You really asking this question, when the reward set was very limited and there are no repeatable unlimited rewards? :ohno:
Infinite epic key generators and '5 augs' of great variety on this are a huge difference to the 5 rewards of which everyone gets the same items. One can clearly see the huge divide this would create.
Tbh, a 'temporary fix' would be to instantly release all event associated augments into the common and epic container's legendary pool to allow 'timmies' to have a chance to claim these (people would cry about it even then). But yeah, if there were people just generating epic keys, then it's more than obvious what this means. Akin to one of the old tk generator halloween events after a certain step before the rng was adjusted.

But the key issue here isn’t just about what’s technically allowed by the rules; it’s about the fairness of punishing players for discovering and sharing patterns that came from poor programming. This wasn't some exploit using third-party tools—it was just players using their brains within the game’s design.
Second, players like you who claim that none of the augments are “worth your time” are often the ones sitting on full arsenals of pay-to-win items. It’s easy to dismiss others when you already have everything, but when people find a way to level the playing field without spending tons of money, it suddenly becomes an issue, right? The fact that others might get the same “broken” augments without shelling out real cash seems to be the real problem here. ( I would feel bad/dumb as well, if I saw others get same broken augments for free, that I spent tons of money on
, but I can sleep just fine without latest broken augment in my inventory)
Now, I do agree that some action had to be taken because people could eventually get unlimited points, and not everyone knew about it. But since this was poor game design from the start, the right approach would be to revert the changes and compensate everyone with a fair amount of points. That would be a more balanced solution instead of punishing the community.
And just to be clear, I wasn’t even part of this exploit. But I can see how unfair this situation is and why the players are upset.

Since last update with mission system, I stopped bothering with the battle pass and did missions only sporadically. I'm f2p and really one of the reasons I played, was to collect few hundred of containers every 4-5 months and open them in one go. Now I'm forced to open all of them or convert them to "200" keys, which takes out all the fun. Basically this is last stack with such conversion, which shows their greed.(I would consider 10:1 ratio as greedy even if it was conversion from regular to ultra), I might as well opt out of the game completely. Thanks tanki for making my decision easier

They are only getting tankoins mupltiple times. Other rewards like containers... etc. are unique to player, regardless of how many times they bought bundle. If you see someone win 6-7x times, he probably spent 50k+ coins on fund, so it`s due he won multiple times. Basically for each entry you can win once, but only first entry is 990 coins, since only midddle offer was repeatable
