Nerfing one of the counterplays to these drones is basically an indirect buff to them. We are still talking about augment that is used by like less than 0.1% of players and does not even provide any incredible boost other than removing the effect of certain drones and mostly useless effect of blocking OD. And sure it does it 100% of times, but its still comparatively much weaker and less devastating than EMP, AP or Freeze effect. Asking for Jammer nerf is like asking for a Dictator nerf in 2026. Trying to nerf something that is mostly useless and almost never used while we all know that both Defender and Trickster work exceptionally well (if not being busted actually) despite Jammers existence. We all see how both Trickster and Defender are aiding certain combinations in being toxic and constantly on top of the scoring table, but you will hardly ever see Jammer used or breaking any score records.

nah Jammer is already completely underwhelming augment, and neither Defender nor Trickster need any boost, both are ruining the game in their own way.

Imagine all the broken stuff rampaging for months and completely dead stuff not being buffed or reworked for years and this being their patch updates

Not to crap on your idea or anything, but the MM is already such a pain to play with all the unaddressed overpowered stuff that makes 80% of people look like a target practice dummies to add yet another way to hinder an already bad experience playing this game. Perhaps as a special mode with different parameters compared to regular MM.

Thats not just problem of MM but of their refusal to balance this game properly. Even if we leave out the latest p2w money makers, many augments should have been nerfed ages ago, same with stuff like freeze status effect, hovering hulls, defender, buffing dead stuff like Dictator etc. Yet, somehow most of their patch notes are like 5 rows long...

It's hard to tell if they will ever bring it back as that is up for the dev's disclosure, although in the last couple of years, they clearly steered away from these types of contests and focused simply on creating community events that we have these days like Sakura Blossom, various minigames, Team Contracts etc.

True, it should have been nerfed very long ago. Freeze has been busted for years now. I dont know why they allowed the freezing effect to be almost as powerful as EMP by disabling both speed and Damage while also lowering turret rotation speed. Whats worse is that you dont even have to be fully frozen, just a slight touch of freeze completely disables the boosted damage and on top of that they even buffed this crap by disableing adrenaline and camper and hitting paladin. I know they wanted to boost freeze in comparison to Firebird's burning damage, but they definitely overdid it and havent adressed it since. Also not to mention this bug with repair kit that does not completely remove the freeze effect on your tank - did they yet fix this?

Hard to tell exactly as it depends on your luck with the isles of misfortune and how many of them you trigger or not. Checkpoint 3 is realistic although it will be a hell of a grind. Checkpoint 6 with just Silver contracts is unrealistic and in the realm of nolifing 24/7 for the duration of the event. If you are not willing to pay at least some Gold Contracts I would forget reaching checkpoint 6

Its funny how these faction events are almost always so predetermined lol, like there never seems to be any major variation in the standings xD And its this way for years, thats why I never participate in any of these faction based events, complete load of crap.

One should absolutely never do Bronze contracts ever! While they are free, they require 5x the amount of time and supplies that you would use for the paid Silver contract and still only giving you 1 roll which is absolutely abysmal. At that rate you will be spending more currency on supplies in MM than actual benefit getting from rewards of the event. The only time you should ever activate Bronze contract is when you capture the Gingerbread gold boxes and you are missing a small amount for one roll e.g you have 8 currency so you activate Bronze contract to get those 2 remaining for one roll. If you dont have the crystals to push significant amount of Silver Contracts, it is smarter to rather skip the event. Bronze contracts are mostly just a marketing placebo that is meant to give an illusion for noobs that there exists a "free" way to do this event.

Given how much they nerfed basically every single f2p rewards from containers, to passes, to removing f2p advent calendar and how incredibly expensive all these events are for f2p I dont really think it is asking too much, especially if we talk about crystals and relatively small ruby compensations. If you would receive 50k crystals as a compensation for 1 item it would hardly make a dent in a game economy that asks for hundreds of thousands if not millions of crystals for upgrades and f2p crystal progress in some of the events. I dont think they would give rubys though, giving even 50 rubys would be asking for miracles, but all in all I dont think compensations are irrational, especially when entry itself has become more expensive over the years. Ofc, I dont think this will become reality, given the trends of them removing as much f2p rewards as possible without any explanation.

Nobody is using Healing Emitters anymore. Its more of a rarity after the nerfs to healing score. Most people these days will use either Rapid Fire, or Stelarrator. Nanotech is still the most used Healing augment from what I saw, although its usage has dropped a bit as well.

The freezing effect in general should receive a nerf, its incredibly busted that it debuffs DD while also slowing down movement and for some reason they just keep on buffing it (disabeling Camper and hitting through Paladin polarization). At least the DD debuff should be lowered.

Ngl, its weird that even after years of various events, you still havent clarified your announcements to include some sort of timeline for distributing the prizes. 'Prizes will be distributed within a day/48h/72h a week/ insert whatever time period you are comfortable with.' The general panic of newbies not receiving their prizes after a server restart is a bit funny, but it gets a bit old :)

In reality they should actually do less of that and be more careful with what they say and how they phrase it in their Vlogs and official statements, especially with their track record of promising stuff and then not deliviring the promise (like that laughable statement about delivering Tanki Classic this year xD). And as for patch notes they should not be about teasing stuff, but about actually implementing changes. If you want teasers watch the Vlogs or check the Wiki page for development plans.
