I have 2 questions: 1. Today I had a funny situation. I was using twins. Without I am pressing any key twins was firing continuously. Is it a bug or new feature? 2. I have higher level of protection to hammer. I have equipped it. Still at single shot my hull is getting destroyed. Is it related to some augment? If yes which augment is so powerful to kill the hull at single shot having a powerful drone like defender at max level?

Basically I bought the tubes and had about 30+ tubes. For helios, 24 was enough. Raised it with tech support and yet to receive response from them. I got into the competition only for helios or else I would have saved my tankoins and crystals

I own all the turrets including Ricochet

Why many times, the protection provides no protection to the hull? Single shot the hull gets destroyed even thought the protection is maxed out in upgrade. Any idea?

@wild001 Augments , turrets and hulls varies based on the gaming style and situations. Not one will suit everyone

@wild001 I use automated gun powder. It helps to adjust the elevation and reloads quickly. You can hide yourself completely still will be able to fire longer or medium distances without get any hit. Harpoon or ap or mortor does not allow to elevate but allows to rotate the turret. For magnum, I feel hide and hit is better. Also automated gun powder helps in hitting multiple targets in single shot
