Yeah, I don't do much in tanki myself anymore these days. Maybe laugh at the devs blunders if its gotten really bad. Think I'll participate in the next tanki fund (if there is one), spend my last remaining tankoins on it and crystals on the bday sales, see if I win the giveaway, and then call it a day in my time in tanki.

Even if you were to ask a simple question they'd still try to start a flame war with you. That's why I left their discord server, because I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I mean the adult would have a valid reason to complain. The childish arguments are still childish no matter how you put it. Not to mention they can easily turn into flame wars, which if they happen often can ruin a community's reputation. Sure the new game I'm currently playing, there were a few arguments that I've seen occurred in the 5 months since I've started playing it, however there was like probably 3-4 I've seen. Most of the time, the players are super chill. In tanki, I could probably see like a few hundred arguments in 5 months with more than half of them escalating into flame wars. Alot of people do it seems. Some will even participate in it even if it serves no benefit for them.

Not surprised, tanki has degraded so much that even the forum and it's other social media threads are affected by it, meaning very low activity day by day. The sad part is it only gets more active if an update is about to drop or if a heated argument is occurring. Back in the old days of the forum, you didn't need an argument to make the forum active because it was already active. I could point out how much better the 2016-2020 era of the forum was than the 2020-2024 era of the forum in so many ways, but the point is that its a shell of its former self. Forum in the present might as well be named as Childish Arguments Online. Lol.

Yeah, this game is definitely not worth putting effort into when it wont do the same thing for you. I'm willing to put the game at risk of shutting down just by convincing other players to find another game that actually listens to their players.

Its too bad that the devs decided to focus on the quality of the graphics rather than the quality of the game itself. But instead of just simply buying new servers, they expect its players to buy $5000 gaming PCs. Like some of us either don't have that kind of money or just don't want to spend it on something so insignificant as being able to run tanki. Be prepared to be more disappointed in this game, because I guarantee you, that's what's gonna happen. They wont fix it, so its probably better to go find another game while this ship continues to sink deeper and deeper.

Then for your well-being, I suggest that you don't waste your breath anymore than you have already and find a new favorite game. The devs don't care about player feedback. That mini game is evidence of that. They only implement what they want to implement, not what the players suggest.

Lol, I didn't need to learn from anyone's mistakes to know this event is too gonna be swamped in tanki's greed. I just never anticipated in the new prices (30 energy for nearly 3 mil crystals) or now the entry fee requirement. Can't wait to see it in action again in the tanki fund. Maybe we wont see one ever again. Lol. So glad I found a game that I can replace tanki with.

I had completely forgot about the time when it was difficult to load the "Game Discussion" section of the forum because the top topics had over 30k replies each. And when they archived the old topics and made new threads for them, the loading times were a "Day and night" difference.

Hyper speed is an impractical augment for railgun. I mean its already a long range turret. Hyper speed just makes long ranges attacks more deadly while sacrificing effectiveness at every other range. You're just better off using LCR or RDS for railgun. Besides there were better choices to choose from the selected turret augments. Spear on the other hand is considered one of the better augments for scorpion, maybe one of the best ones. And with it being made as one of the early prizes in the sakura blossom event, some of us are suspicious of it, even thinking it could be a trap. We shall see. However, I wouldnt be surprised if spear gets nerfed to the ground after this event.
