im in llama tankini faction, if i buy now the change of faction for 3000 tankoins, can i join for example tanki sun team by today already? so i'll take the hammer augment cause i gained 80 stars with llama tankini? or stars are reset to zero in this case?

and what about changing faction when the opposite team of mine pass through? i know i cant change faction at a new restart of a race, but i will miss also the prize? i suppose yes but this is so cruel
