There is no "special treatment". We only motivate and encourage both players and helpers to do their best for the community and leave their mark in the best possible way.

The Administration is very much interested in the feedback and general atmosphere among players and does notice their help and enthusiasm for this community and this game, for which we gladly show our appreciation. We do encourage constructive criticism, done in a polite way and displaying proper arguments since it's best way for us to understand players, their ideas and views. However, questionable and borderline provocative behaviour towards players and helpers isn't something we can stand behind nor praise. Also, any kind of nepotism and favouritism is strictly forbidden among staff so no one can be on good or bad terms with any of us, we don't take sides ;)

Clearly, but that can be a goal the Administration will try to achieve in 2018 - to focus on individuals and groups, no matter if they are players or helpers that clearly show devotion to this community through their actions (not focusing only on self-promotion) and display pristine behaviour (which is a big factor in achieving good vibes and overall positive atmosphere in the game) - and motivate them even further! As a matter of fact, If we are to make EN community the best in the game, we should all stand behind such efforts and support them. That way players are going to have clear role modes they can stand behind and cheer and vote for, while violators and offenders are going to have tough time with such competition ;) Spoken like a true politician :D But since this is an online game and not a real world and quality does make a difference, abusers and rule breakers wouldn't get the awards no matter how many players voted for them. The Administration of this community set some standards months ago and I hope we'll follow them through in 2018 (see my reasoning above).

Something like that, yes. For me, Best Players aren't just those who are famous in certain Tanki circles - they should be role models, both in actions and their behaviour, they are the ones who spread positive influence through their involvement within the community. As Sergei already clarified more than once, no one with recent history of abuse and rule breaking would be picked so it really doesn't matter how well known you are nor what your K/D is - but what your work within the community brings.

Some channels are really busy and those need the full attention so they are the hardest to chat in, mods are focused more on their moderation. Also, those who need our help the most are new players and players who speak other languages and cannot understand information available in English, so we focus on helping them. Those who can read the info in English but chose not to and won't visit forum and other Tanki's platforms even though they know those are the places to get the best info about the new update, event or similar, it's their choice - chat mods cannot be responsible for that. All we can do is keep reminding about those on daily basis.

I happen to be on the chat every day and I see chat mods working with players all the time. It is true that in instances when chat is very busy they don't have time to both chat and keep an order so they have to focus on one thing. You'll agree that no one can answer 15-20 questions which are asked at the same time while chat is speeding so it's better for them to skip some and keep an eye on the chat then to lose themselves in answering bunch of questions (most of which are unrelated to the game or the answers can be easily find on the forum and in Help) and skip offences and violations.

Every turret is OP at one point or another then it gets nerfed :D As for crystal boxes, a bunch of players would simply join the game in order to collect them, not to play. Battles became better and more focused without them.

Oh trust me, there are plenty of consequences for players that breaks the rules. They simply vary, we apply different penalties to different kinds of violations. And mind you, this is a game and not a punishment facility, ours is to work our best to prevent issues, not to simply cut off players from enjoying this game (IP ban is impossible for a number of reason which were all written on the forum at least dozen times in the past).

No, it's either what we call normal or players passed a certain threshold when it comes to bans. I explained it here a bit, go read ;)
