Exactly, medium hulls should be A LOT slower than they are now. The same counts for heavy hulls but not by much. Currently the hull variation is 70-80% Viking. Everyone is on nitro these days so you can get incredibly effective with the speed and armor of a medium hull, no wonder why everyone is using it. I think the gameplay would be more dynamic if we had more hull variation like dedicated attackers, mid-fielders and defenders. Nitro shifts balance towards one team and the spawn killing is unleashed. This was really not the case a few years back. Wasp was insanely fast and Viking and Hunter sat around 6-7 meters a second if I remember correctly. Currently it's like the speed of the old Hornet, it's ridiculous. The least thing they could do is to alter the effect of nitro between the hulls. Medium hulls should gain less speed on nitro than light hulls.

Why do I get good fps in all maps but, in Tribute the game freezes?
splitterpoint replied to Strikechard123 in Archive
Could be a flash cache file of something? Not sure if the game stores individual cache files for all maps. -
You're wet when the water you TOUCC likes to stick to any other kind of molecule (you) than water itself due to adhesion. So you're wet when you're more polar than the water you TOUCC. So whenever you are sad because you think you're not attractive, remember that water will always like you.. boy that's a lot of you's lol You can also get wet in a different way but I don't think I am allowed to mention that here.

I don't really remember, it for sure was not the name you said though; no numbers, no dots.. the guy was in a clan. Sorry, my given signal ain't helping nobody lol but I don't intend to start a search on him.

Ahhh the days.. relatively speaking though; the entire community earned less than today. Farming crystal boxes was like creating the same advantage as one could get by finishing 3 missions every day. I did it a LOT in my early ranks. Found myself using Thunder M2 between the M0-M1's. But before I got to the point of making crystals from battle funds, driving towards crystal boxes was the only thing I could do. Early stage was so frustrating as everyone found themselves in the same batte- from Recruit to Marshal lol. Polygon matches were full of crystal boxes. I snagged 1 or 2 after each respawn and then died again. In the end I got as much crystals as the big guys did with just playing. The high rankers were raising the funds by atleast 4x as fast compared to the Staff Sergeants and such. I was kinda like a parasite lol. Did DM though because I didn't want to ruin the team by my absolutely crap equipment.

I love this, thanks for the custom battle names again! Nice way of moderating aswell; perma-freeze the ability to create battles if rules are broken. You should do that with insults aswell in the chat. After a few warnings, the final thing would be to disable the chat forever.

During Tanki War 2 what paints did you receive in the containers
splitterpoint replied to u812ic in Archive
Vamos Argentina! And ehh... What's that thing called; the ugly animated tiger paint. -
In this game? Ok: - 24/7 on drugs - arrogance (XP players) - fancy paints - M4's (especially Railgun) - a good PC - Having a Youtube channel - using NCS garbage under videos - Spam the thumbnails full of emoij's - Use increased contrast that's totally out of wack (my eyes!) - Use the template intros in After Effects (pirated) - Fake the video name with either a question and absolutely type in Capslock - Beg for subscribers - Not making creativity but copying style of other YT'bers because that's pro - Use Railgun - show off your skill by doing trickshots that totally contribute to the team score - Ram into people and insult them to boost your ego / aka increase contrast to the considered noob and your almighty skill oh yeah - sit in Silence Parkour with the fanciest paint you have and don't respond to players because that's not professional.

Yeah, respect to the Magnums. After all, we need to manage these incredibly sophisticated controls to be effective.

How's the LOA alteration DPS-wise? Am I getting more DPS because of the reload? Does the higher reload make up for the decreased damage?
-
At first I thought I didn't care about value anymore after they put Moonwalker in containers. That was a very rare paint for a specific event in 2013 and now it's readily available for everyone via containers. It seems the developers can smack anything in containers. But there's just something about paints that one may call limited edition or one-time offer. I have Valour and I like it not only because of the looks; I know that a small fraction of the player base managed to complete that event only accesible through the mobile version.. and they are still handing out invite codes. It's quite a privilege being able to equip any paint you like when you look at the situation 2 years ago. Everything was bound on protection and people were forced to use just 5-10% of all available paints.
-
Why did you updated the paints with a zoomed-in version? Is there a way I can change that? It looks kinda ugly, I can count every pixel.

- Argentina paint - Siberian Tiger paint - 5 Goldboxes - 3500 crystals - 125 speed boost

So I was in a Silence parkour full of raging players with Twins and Mammoth trying to flip eachother and hitting repair kit like 4 times a second. The chat was like adgdhsgdjsgaf and I was just there observing and reading the chat. There this XP-player who called someone a dog. Intriguing, so I asked what breed he ment. He answered with 'you're a small dog' So I asked 'but what breed? Like a terrier or something?' He said 'no' and then 'dog noob' And I was like 'I still dat don't know what kind of breed you mean' He gone like 'small stupid dog nubi' I was like 'can you describe the sound? Is it woof woof or more like wef wef?' He did not answer me but continued on a language that was far from english. So the only hint is 'small'...I'm guessing a Jack Russel. That breed is pretty wide spread right?

What I see: What I think:

Yeah, this thing packs a punch! I am using the old Viking/Thunder combination again.

125 speed boost 125 speed boost 125 double damage 125 speed boost 125 double damage No Football paint yet!

Well they made a game code for variable hull rotation speed. In the mobile version I can choose to slowly turn my hull when I have my finger closer to the center of the controls. This means that variable hull rotation speed should be possible with an analog stick aswell and that would fit just right in the game controls. I sometimes have a Logitech game controller ( rumblepad 2) plugged into my pc. With controls mapped like this: - Left analog stick for turning the turret; - Right analog stick for turning the hull; - R1 for shooting (holding does not work unfortunately) - 1, 2, 3 and 4 for drugs; - L1 + down for mines; - L1 + right for overdrive; - L1 + up for gold boxes; - L2 camera up; - R2 camera down; - main logo button; - 9 - R; - 10 - Shift; - mode for mines, don't really know why; The experience is a little worse than on mouse and keynoard. It's mainly because of the joystick delay and the fact that the game either does no action or full action.. not like the mobile version. Personally I would like to be able to relax on the couch with a controller and playing T.O.

That'd be a rational decision lol, the place is full of Thunders and they deal so much damage when you don't have protection against it.
-
This is true, a huge buff actually.. people underestimate the power of protection modules You raise popularity of a turret: more protection modules are bought. The poor indivual gets absolutely crushed. Luckely we have only 3 protections so other turrets have more chance indeed.
-
+2 posts but nothing was said.
-
Nah, turret placement is not ideal. Mammoth is pretty good at it. Sadly Wasp does not make that much use of its turret placement with the bad acceleration and Shoe is too huge to fit anywhere.
-
This reminds me of the reload bug of Magnum. Everyone was firing away like a machine gun. That was incredible lol... The sound was unbearable though.
-
They pushed Shaft back to the long range maps though, the nerf means I face more protection paints against me. Back before the nerf I used to move around a lot and finish off targets with arcade shots. If I want to do that now, I basically have a stock Thunder M3 without splash damage. The damage is still the same but you need to get closer and this is where I feel the limit of arcade shots; it is really a secondary attack. The nerf does more than just cut down damage at longer range. The heavy capacitor alt is much much better now aswell.
