Thanks for stepping up and having this topic as active as can be, I don't remember any CM reached this level of communication between administration and players. With respect to the former CM's ofcourse. How's Bruce Lunga? Do you guys in Perm see or hear from him now and then?

I think they see the hull; lets say Viking, as a whole and the skin as an alternative version of Viking.

Petition to Remove World Cup Paints from Containers
splitterpoint replied to sensei_tanker in Archive
They take up change in getting paints from containers, so %-chance to get other paints has gone down because of the World Cup paints. And they're ugly; So are some of the garage and shop paints though, but yeah... world cup is over, keep seasoned paints a one-time offer. -
Ahh you're the perfect example of someone who reached peak performance here; This is one of the reasons why people stop playing when the game does not introduce a new form of progression. Tanki did however! They are consumables in the form of drones. Quick boosts that are active for a limited amount of time. The drone itself and the mu's don't do anything unless the player keeps buying batteries: that way the player keeps investing crystals and there's some sort of goal. Do you like it this way? Do you feel the final goals of a maxed out legend must excist out of gaining and using batteries? Perhaps my view is biased, I exclude all the contests to gain unique paints and skins or participating in clans and making friends. One could also decide to join the staff and help the community when actual playing gets boring ánd if there's enough spare time ofcourse.

You're missing out. It's there to exploit.. I'd work on your Freeze MU's if I were you. I sure did the same when Magnum got introduced. Protection paints were nowhere to be found because everyone had to invest crystals in Magnums and protection paints. It took a while.. the same will happen to Freeze. I have no protection against Freeze yet, it hurts. So I go with the system and upgrade Freeze and protection to make the most out of it. Right now players still need to adapt on this MASSIVE buff, the ripple effect is destroying the whole balance and everyone desperately tries to buy Freezers and protection only to find out it'll be nerfed again. But this is the moment for buyers; players who already have lots of turrets, to make their move and gain some extremely easy crystals. I did it with Magnum and I loved it.

I earned 215.000 crystals in 3 weeks thanks to all these containers lol, Man what am I going to do with them if all I do is Microupgrading in 50% sales. #struggles

Be careful, you might get flashbacks of your worst nightmares if you stare at it for too long. I got a very vivid one from a fake repo episode, like I was there for real you know; out there somewhere in northern California. We were about to buy an old chair full of mold and poop and it smelled like those old tents that you've used one time on a camping, folded it up again while it was still wet and full of dirt and grass; and then you put it away for 15 years or so- that smell.. when you try to unfold the damn tent again but you can't without a gas mask. The chair was ruined and we swearing, I have no idea why, probably because we were Americans but whenever I sweared I could hear a beep.. like what happens all the time when you watch repo shows because yeah, 80% of the sentences involve swearing. I felt very large and was pretty sure I had tattoos of my wife and sons in my neck. I was wearing sunglasses that could serve as a windscreen for an Airbus A380. Them Repo shows are unbearable to watch and fill me with ultimate cringe.. and I was experiencing that stuff like it was all real. Be aware, synesthesia is dangerous.

2 weeks without Striker got me back at zero, no thanks I am not going to learn to get around its nightmare mechanics again. That took me months, the hell with it; playing to sporadically for such a misfit. I am saving up for the cheapskate-noob version of this double barrel turret. Twins it is... the Lego Duplo version of Striker; time to ram up the brick on my spacebar... I probably won't even have to turn the turret lol.

I think Magnum users will like Hornet in the near future.

Yeah I saw it too, perhaps a certain threshold should be met? Or that both teams are being compared in the calculation?
-
Hey aren't you the dude with the Chill Bro paint aswell? Or is that your alt or something? Pink rocks.

Nieuwe nickname? Gister was jij trouwens nog een dame als ik zo jouw nickname las :D

It's true, I were in a typical blowout match and my entire team got 0 stars. I have a picture in the game balance topic, can't copy it right now because I am on my phone. Well, I was in that battle for 4 seconds or so before it ended; got killed in that time because enemies were swarming the base. I could understand why I got 0 myself as I didn't made any score at all.. but the entire team? No way they all didn't bought distributer paint; I saw atleast one guy with Bears paint. Perhaps scores between teams are compared in this calculation?

And it should because the reload time takes like 19806 centuries. You should see the amount of light hulls passing by your view and you try to keep up; it's getting on my nerves sometimes. even M4 medium hulls are stupid fast at medium range. This is why I use mouse controls all the time; you've the ability to hold the laser and the view is increased as you move your mouse around by I'd say 30%, that's a pretty big advantage. Unfortunately the laser itself does not move faster if you use mouse controls; for the long range it's oustanding and the aim is absolutely fantastic, but I believe arcade shots are neccesary to make Shaft capable of defending itself rather than being a sitting duck waiting for the yellow bar to fill up. Finding the good spot is essential indeed, most deaths are caused by unlucky spawn placement in combination with enemies swarming the place or whatever; it does good when out of sight... kinda like a sniper hóh; Yes it will, I use Smoky. Smoky is a typical knockback gun; the alteration is fantastic in deflecting enemies chasing you or making them shoot the sky. Agree on the piercing part; that's probably as uncommon as Striker's salvo mode. I'd rather have splash damage in a situation where I can hit multiple targets. That's very true, the thing does 3000 HP damage in a couple of seconds + extra time saved for another charge. That's a win-win situation. Though it is just as easy to waste a full charge on a crippled Hornet or Wasp; not knowing their HP bar, that'd be the trade-off for such a massive damage output I guess. Finishing off targets with a 100% effective shot within their health bar (say 2803 on a Viking M4), with an arcade shot is practically impossible now. Ahh atleast it'll get you more points for the collaborative kill - or assist whatever you wanna call it. Railers also have peek-a-boo; for the long range shots.. my reflexes aren't fast enough if they drive around and hit me from various locations :I --- Shaft requires not that much skill I agree, I think the biggest potential comes from picking the right spot with enough view so one doesn't have to sit there waiting all charged up in scope and have their DPS reduced just because of the waiting, yeah unless it's waiting forf a game changing kill on lets say a flag carrier who's about to expose him/herself.
-
That's a bit biased don't you think? Reload is much much higher, you can't move in scope and the view and aiming speed are very limited. Scope mode is not so versatile but perfect for killing indeed. I love how it can pick out specific targets one at a time. The Railer has massive knockback, piercing ability and can drive while shooting.

Nice, you got a fat tube amp standing by with a 412 cabinet underneath? :D What's the color going to be? Are you making a replica from a specific era? What kind of pickups are you fitting into it? Whatever you do; don't save budget on the pickups man, they should sound huuuuge and fit YOUR personal taste.
-
Yeah but it wasn't.

June* :D not that old. Yeaah grey vents were smacked on every hull at M3; Shaft looked absolutely mean with the bright orange snakeskin- type thing, they should really make a skin from that one! Absolutely! You read my mind my man. ✓ Respect to you both.

How about giving an option to buy Legacy skins for accounts registered before the 1.100 graphics update? Personally I believe we should get it for free lol but this seems fair to me. I mean, I once were a Viking/Thunder M3 in 2012.. with the grey grill on the engine bay, cooling vents of Thunder and everything. I played your game for almost 7 years, that's around 2200 days including my longest time out which was around 2,5 months and I do not intend to quit anytime soon.. could you give the old loyal addict some grattitude :D

I think this is the way to go, Twins can be learned in microseconds. Mount it on a medium hull and you'll have plenty of speed to reach everyone in time and melt them away. The ultimate goal for Twins users is having a leather skin wrapped around the spacebar with a heating element built in; for maximum comfort.
-
So technically Hammer has infinite range? Or do individual pallets travel to certain distance and vanish out of thin air like Twins or Ricochet?
-
Yeah it is, you should be on drugs by default. We have to go with the system unfortunately lol.. You might consider staying on the corners of the map. That way you can atleast rule out enemies coming from the back.
