Yes, they will weaken the tier 2 guns and hulls, and make the tier 1 guns and hulls stronger. I'm not sure if this is a bad or good choice; we have to wait, and find out. ;)

They will move all guns to one level. Equal weapons and hulls with the same average damage and HP. Tier 1 and tier 2 will not exist anymore. These are ''pangea guns and hulls''

People; take in mind the will be a refund, you will automatically get all the crystals back you invested in the game and you've to buy your stuff again. This is because of a new update; they are going to re-balance the guns... big difference.
