I play normal battles because PRO battles aren't popular enough to make sufficient XP and crystals. The mission system is sucking away players from PRO battles. It isn't my choice to play normal battles, I have to do so! And there I gain less supplies than I use. I'm running out of the stock that I've been saving since 2012. And it's not my equipment; I got all the M4's that I wished for. In fact I don't even have half of every possible garage items to M3. Everything was focused on micro upgrades and I'm pretty proud of that. I want to be able to use my equipment without those stupid supplies, but the current game mechanics will more or less force you to get in that mission cycle.

Yeah but I would still get Mammoth M4, it's much better than Hunter M2. Have you bought Mammoth M4 yet?

Yeah, I'm doing quite good currently on my WO5 alt, but I think it'll be quite hard once you gain M2's and will find yourself between the M3+'s. Then, with all the grinding there, those missions a nice welcome bonus. The midranks are probably the hardest times in someone's career but I don't know for sure since it was very different when I got my first M2.

It's because of these stupid missions that are only possible to complete outside PRO battles. People play in normal battles to complete missions to get supplies. Then they use supplies on the next mission. Problem is that you use way more supplies than you gain via missions, so people try to stock em up. A lot of grinding comes next in battles full of druggers and they get completely eradicated just to get enough supplies to play 2 or 3 good battles. Everything is about supplies. The PRO battles suffer a lot because people can't complete missions there so they go towards normal battles. What I'm hoping for, is that they begin to realize that it's a constant cycle of using and gaining supplies with additional grinding. If you pay for a PRO battles pass one doesn't have to worry about stupid missions and druggers. Unfortunately that mission system can get you some easy crystals or supplies. Atleast that's what players initially think. I would've played in PRO battles 100% but they just aren't popular enough. So yes, It's indeed an absolute waste of 5000 crystals currently. But this new battle system is on the way; removing the PRO battle feature forever. I need to wait and see how this goes but It can never be as worse as it is now. I see this happening aswell, It direclty affects the map variety in the game which is very unfortunate.

It's time to rock forward again with mouse controls and Shaft m4 Thanks so much, I've been suffering so many errors to the point the game became literally unplayable. I ditched the client because it crashed as soon as I went full screen. Now however; I haven't recieved a single error in full screen full settings so far. That's since wednesday indeed.

Are you mentioning them because you like to play and watch 320*400 footage full of lags, or is it just because you have a PC from the stonage that isn't capable of capturing any higher quality?

It's harder than ever to find nice PRO battles, every supply battle is totally rigged. Supplies have become widely availble since they can be bought from the shop. The whole mission system sets you down in a continuous streak of completing missions for supplies and failing to keep up with the rest of the druggers. So one needs to buy supplies via crystals and not focus on upgrading equipment. The outcome always depends on who has the most drugs, nothing is strategic in normal battles. Currently I see myself grinding in 60% of the games in save-up-mode without using supplies just to get some sort of stock to have 1 or 2 nice battles. I'm in normal battles just for the sake of missions. And there's no PRO battle around that's really populated to get some decent amount of experience AND having fun. The grinding is stupid, it wasn't like this before. It absolutely sucks so much.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting the M2 alteration on Thunder because I'm more of a Smoky user and I usually fight in short to- medium distances. I've rented the alteration today and so far I'm quite happy with it. Does anyone have experience with this alteration? Would you recommend it considering my gamestyle? I rarely use Thunder M4 because I've been using Smoky for so long and I prefer to be a backup for defenders rather than a real defender or attacker.

Smoky is still the best turret for my playing style, allround but leaning more towards the longer range guns. It was a perfect pair with Viking until they totally ruined that hull, but it still is a decent combo. I used to be a 100% Smoky user before I got Shaft. I'm suprised how I lost my aim over the months. It's quite hard to get back at that level but I'm also blaming Viking's instability.
