I'd like to add that I get back to the lobby screen after an error occured even when I click on the link of the server I were in. This doesn't happen when I just close the game window and resume to the same server again. Is this a glitch or something? Because I keep losing my progress after these worthless errors. I also need to fill in my account details every single time even when the remember me button is checked.

Thanks for responding. I am getting the same amount of friend request errors on the standalone version too. I use the standalone for mouse controls on Shaft. Full screen does make a difference there. When I go into full screen. the errors happen as soon as I rejoin the game. They happen every 30 seconds or so when I'm almost on full screen (without F11) and happen even less when I crop my game window. But I'd prefer playing on full screen ofcourse. Resizing the game window seems to have effect only in the Standalone, the client remains unplayable and the browsers all have the same rate of friend request errors. Mouse controls on Shaft only work decently in the Standalone So my guess this is the best option until the developers ditch the miserable Flash Player and continue the game on the HTML5 engine. Do you have friend request errors aswell or do you know some other possible fixes to get rid of them?

When will the friend request errors be gone so I can actually keep playing a game without disconnecting every 30 seconds? I ditched the client already because that one is practically unplayable. All browsers have them atleast 2 times a minute.

You need to be much wiser about your spendings nowadays, but I think it's somewhat possible to play without buying. I'm trying to get 1 combo to M3 on my alt. I think it'll be quite hard to do especially after Major. Like @Sliced, I have saved up quite a few crystals on my WO5 and plan to MU those two items further up the ranks. So far the kits didn't really offered what I liked and now it's like I have the crystals to buy an M2 version, but I must resist because there will be sales. The struggle is real.

I see this happening aswell, Magnum is very easy to use when you mastered charge rate and angle of fire. This is easier than you think, you'll develop some sort of feeling for it. I get K/D ratios of 3+ most of the time. All Magnums have to do is to find a nice camp spot and lob shells over a wall. Splash damage has taken over the game. A nightmare for Shafts. You'll be able to hit their barrel sometimes when they poke right above walls but this can be done 2 or 3 times and then they find out that they can fire with a sharper angle and a bigger charge so the barrel doesn't stick out.

Ahh guerrilla tactics, my favorite one.

I play on my alt currently. I don't have 70K laying around right now but I think I'm doing quite well with 1 main M1 combination. Like Mister Toiletpaper said; buy stuff in sales and don't waste crystals on supplies, too many turrets/hulls, or micro upgrades. I don't want to adjust my gameplay to get more crystals out of battles. I just play and finish my games and the crystals will eventually come. Having fun is the most important thing. If you focus on one combination at a time you'll be able to get them as soon you gain the required rank. I like to invest some time in a turret or hull, makes it satisfying when you gain new M's and maybe eventually an M4. It just takes time and patience. I remember setting the goal to get Thunder and Viking M3 at the rank of WO1 5 years ago. When I see buyers who probably got their M3's within a few minutes I compare it to my experience in the test server. You've unlimited crystals and are able to buy the stuff you like but you didn't put hard work in getting them. I don't know, I just like to invest time in a certain piece of equipment. Seeing progression is really nice.

I don't think you'll get far with €900 if it has to be a laptop. Video editing requires quite a bit of processing power and laptops thermo-throttle all the time there. You need airflow my dear, desktops desktops desktops...

Your Shaft is M4 aswell? Man, 6000HP damage output is massive. B)
