If you cannot increase the RAM at this moment, it would help much to close all other tasks that are not needed. To do this, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE at the same time and click on Start Task Manager. Click on a task that is not needed to run, and hit End Task. If this solution does not work, then it may be the graphics, I had a laptop with 2 GB of RAM, and I had no issues with Chrome. What you can try as another solution would be to Update your graphics card driver. What you need to do is to click on the start menu, then type in the search box, "Device Manager" without the quotes. And hit Enter. Once you are in Device Manager, You will want to click expand on Display Adapters. You will see the graphics card driver. Please take a screenshot of the device manager window and post it here. Here is an example of what the screenshot should look like: Best of Luck :)

The only possible reason I could think of is that your two laptops did not cool properly resulting in damage to internal components. Basically, what I am saying is those laptops were not meant for gaming. As micah7586 said, please list out all the specifications of those laptops so we can get to a verdict. Best of Luck :)

Crystals cannot be returned if an item is bought on the same IP Address that you play on. You can try help@tankionline.com but there is no guarantee that crystals will be returned. Best of luck :)

Great Job Tanki! I am looking forward to this sale! Thanks for all the discounts! See you in battle :) ~ulyssus -
I absolutely am thankful for the AMAZING staff and administration of Tanki Online. I have seen how Chat Moderators work, I am grateful for their help to the community. I have seen what Reporters do, what FB Moderators do, what Forum Moderators do, and what Consultants do, help the community. I have been wanting to become a Consultant because helping is a kind thing to do for the community here in Tanki Online. All staff and members of administration help, but a Consultant is very helpful to the community. So if I picked a position to be in Tanki Online, it would be Consultant :) Thank you to staff and administration of Tanki Online for making the community more kind, helpful, and happy. :) :)

I have a screenshot of processor benchmark speed comparison for the laptop that micah7586 recommended for you (I compared both models) I took the processor models and compared them to the $1299 iMac. Here is the screenshot VIA prntscr: http://prntscr.com/4djki2 The i7 model of the laptop is slightly faster, but if you look at the CPU Class, it's a laptop processor. If you want true desktop power, then go for the iMac. I have to say this, Windows can make a computer slow. If Mac OS X was running on the i7 model of that Lenovo laptop, it would be blazing fast. Unfortunately there is no possible way of running Mac OS X on a PC unless it was illegal. Mac OS X does not make a computer slow, so the scores may be higher, though the iMac is going to be faster because of not having to put up with Windows. And one more thing, Apple is great with customer support, literally, if anything goes wrong with the product, they fix it or replace it for free during the warranty. I've never tried Lenovo, but I hear they are good.

I disagree with the idea of Macs not being able to do gaming. About a month ago, I bought the $1299 iMac. I have used many PCs in the past, but no PC that I have ever used could compare to the speed of the iMac. I have had Intel Core i3 systems, Intel Core i5 systems, AMD Accelerated Processing Units, and others. Before, I purchased an HP Desktop for $850. It had an Intel Core i3 processor. It was fast, but still no match for the iMac. (I am not trying to put PCs down, but if you tried one yourself, you would completely agree with me.) I also tried an Asus Laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM. To be honest, I could hardly play Tanki on that laptop even with all settings off. So then here's the iMac, Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, but this time, Intel Iris Pro Graphics. I have to say, these new Iris graphics are pretty impressive. I had NO issues with the iMac at all. Everything was fast. I was able to play Tanki will ALL settings on and record the screen in Full HD. If anyone needs a computer that they can rely on, then the iMac is for you. Unfortunately for me, I had to return the iMac because I needed more of a tablet that can run mobile apps. I now have the iPad Mini with Retina Display and I absolutely love it. My current configuration of my PC is a Dell Optiplex 745 with 6 GB of RAM, an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, and a dedicated Nvidia Graphics Card. I cannot play Tanki on full settings with this, and I cannot record the screen at all without something lagging, not even with the dedicated graphics card. I honestly regret returning the iMac. If you get the iMac, you will glad you did :) http://www.apple.com/imac/specs/

The point of this topic is to aid all the members of the English Community by answering any questions you may have about computers. We will do our best to answer all questions and provide any services we can. What we do besides answering questions is we will try to help you with any computer problems you encounter. Whether it is software, loud fan, or annoying antivirus programs, we are here for you. So if you have any questions or concerns, voice them here. See below for helpful guides and topics. :) When asking for help, please provide the following information: Describe the problem you are facing in a couple of lines Give a little information about your computer if you can, like processor model and amount of RAM. What browser are you using? (Chrome, Firefox, I.E, etc) What operating system are you using? (Windows XP, 7, 8, Mac OS? Etc) Have you tried decreasing the graphic settings in-game to their lowest values? Have you tried enabling or disabling Hardware Acceleration if you have the option to? Have you tried using the Standalone flash player? Does it increase your performance? All this information helps us get a feel for the problem ;) Why should I buy a Mac? In this guide, I will be listing out all the reasons on why to get a Mac. Let's check out the parts of a Mac first. Logic Board (Motherboard): This component of your Mac is connected to all other components inside of your Mac. CPU (Central Processing Unit): This component of your Mac is soldered on the logic board. This component is the main source of speed in your Mac. Some of the CPU's names for Macs are: Intel Core i5, Intel Core i7 (Based on current year 2014) RAM (Random Access Memory): This component of your Mac is also most likely soldered on the logic board. This component is extra space for your Mac when it is running slow. The more RAM you have, the faster your Mac will be. GPU (Graphics Processing Unit): This component of your Mac is most likely integrated with the CPU. What that means is the graphics card will most likely be sourced from the CPU. This component has part of the responsibility of how fast games and videos run. HDD/FD/PCI (Hard Drive, Fusion Drive, PCI Based Flash Storage): This component of your Mac is where all the files get stored onto. A Hard Drive is a regular hard drive with moving parts usually running at 5400 RPM with Macs. You're probably wondering what a Fusion Drive is. This is Apple's version of the Solid State Hybrid Drive (SSHD). If you're still wondering, it is a combination between a regular Hard Drive and a Solid State Drive. It has all of the moving parts of a regular Hard Drive, but the speed of a Solid State Drive. Now, what is PCI based flash storage? It is a hard drive with absolutely no moving parts inside. You're probably thinking now it's a fancy name for an SSD, well no, it isn't. PCI Based Flash Storage is much faster than an ordinary SSD. USB Ports: First of all, USB stands for Universal Serial Bus. These are those rectangular shaped ports on your computer. What this component in your Mac does is connect devices to the Mac. They are mainly used for a flash drive which is basically a hard drive, but in small form factor. Thunderbolt: Yes we know thunder doesn't cause bolts but lightning can! But what is thunderbolt? Thunderbolt is a special port on all Macs* (Macs from 2007 and later*) With this port, you can connect to a display. Wi-Fi: You have all heard of Wi-Fi. If you don't then two words, Wireless Internet. Bluetooth: Bluetooth is a wireless connectivity option for some Macs* and other Bluetooth enabled products, like speakers and headphones. Superdrive: Superdrive is not part of your Mac* (Current Models, earlier models may have one*) Superdrive is Apple's name for CD/DVD Drive. Apple does sell this product on their website for $79 USD. You can use this product to insert CDs to listen to music, insert DVDs to play movies. Retina Display: Now, what is Retina Display? This is a display ONLY available on the 2013 Macbook Pro with Retina Display. More Macbooks with it are yet to come. This is a display that is much clearer than a regular screen. If you have an iPhone 4 or later, iPad 3rd generation or later, iPod Touch 4th Generation or later, these products have Retina Display. This means that from a normal viewing distance, no pixels can be seen with the human eye. What kind of Macs do they have out there? Macs are both in the form of desktop and laptop. They even make a touch-screen tablet called the iPad. The current models of Macs they have now (2014) are: Macbook Air Macbook Pro Macbook Pro with Retina Display iMac Mac Mini Mac Pro Let's get into each Mac a little deeper. Macbook Air: This laptop is a very thin, lightweight computer with all of the power of a desktop in laptop form. This is their thinnest laptop. It features an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of PCI Based Flash Storage. Macbook Pro: This laptop is their older model of Macbook Pro. This is somewhat bulky and heavy, but it is majorly powerful. It features an Intel Core i5 Processor, 4 GB of RAM, and a 500 GB Hard Drive. Macbook Pro with Retina Display: This laptop is the new and improved version of Macbook Pro. This is very light, and thin. but not as thin as the Macbook Air. It features an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of PCI Based Flash Storage. A very powerful machine. iMac: This is Apple's all in one computer. This all in one iMac is very thin, and very powerful. It features an Intel Core i5 processor with 8 GB of RAM, a 1 TB Hard Drive (TB stands for Terabyte which is 1,000 GB). This is absolutely beautiful in person. Mac Mini: This is Apple's small form factor desktop computer. It is very small, and very powerful. It features an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and a 500 GB Hard Drive. This can get the work done. Mac Pro: This is Apple's most powerful computer that they offer. You can do anything with this computer, literally, anything. It has a Intel Xeon Processor, 12 GB of RAM, Dual AMD Firepro Graphics Processors, and 256 GB of PCI Based Flash Storage. This one is really a great one. Mac OS X and its Applications Mac OS X is a UNIX Operating System for Macs. There are 5 main Mac OS X titles left. Mac OS X Leopard, Mac OS X, Snow Leopard, Mac OS X Lion, Mac OS X Mountain Lion, and Mac OS X Mavericks. The interface is different from Windows. Installed applications for Mac OS X are: iPhoto, iMovie, Garageband, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Maps, iBooks, Safari, Mail, Facetime, Messages, Calendar, Contacts, Reminders, Time Machine, Photo Booth, iTunes, Game Center, Preview, Notes, and Mac App Store. This is one fantastic OS. Why Should You Get a Mac? There are many reasons why you should get a Mac. All Macs (2014) are made out of aluminum which is durable and is meant to last. All Macs are designed with precise engineering. This means that Macs are designed in a very unique way. Macs use quality components in them. That's why they are priced high. All Macs use the latest technology in them for a better Mac. It's very unlikely for a Mac to develop problems. For anyone that wants a Mac for Tanki, any current model will do the job. :) Thanks for checking out my guide! Sources: My brain and observation, Apple Inc. Why should I buy a PC? Coming soon! Stay tuned! Special thanks to for handing this off to me! :)
