It is better to have a more powerful weapon, than a powerful tank. It is the weapon that helps you earn points, the tank just helps. That said, M0 Dictator is frustratingly slow. If you have M3 Wasp already, use it (as fast as M0 Hornet, and almost as strong). If not, buy the Hornet only if you are truly committed to being an Isida player. Isida is best with a fast tank, and M0 Dictator is not fast enough to maximize the Isida's potential. I would not use Dictator until M2 level. BTW, this is from personal experience...M3 Isida/M3 Dictator for me.

You need to have Prism connect to "tankionline.com", not the alternativaloader site.

True...that's part of the stop-gap measures. There are no major plans.

I believe that the "plans" for 1.0 are limited and stop-gap only. With 2.0 coming in the near future, the only things being done to 1.0 are so that it can function well enough until 2.0 arrives. Why expend a significant amount of development/time on an obsolete program?
