It's pretty difficult as first clue... in the new year's quest it was simply a link that was in the description of the christmas tree -.-'

Well in my opinion reactors in map chernobyl are damaged. This means nuclear alarm, that means red alert. -> Map Red Alert.

But then i have no idea on how to continue, red alert is a really big map...

I think quests are really a difficult competition and all players should work togheter to understand what devs planned.

Also, prizes are not in crystals or drugs...

Well, I took a look at Red Alert (my 1st time there) and found 2 interesting things--probably not related.

 

1. There seems to be cracks on all sides of the nuclear reactor there, and one that is most obvious is shaped like:

on the other side, there is one shaped like a Y, and another one that was previously mentioned.

 

2. Building in the corner says "R&G Health and Wellness"
