The future of Tanki weaponry, motoring, and paint jobs

For the pass several months, much has changed for the better within the Tanki garage. The thunder, rico, and freeze added a lot of new action never before seen several months ago along with a sturdier/faster line of hulls. Not long after that, the shaft is released creating a new twist on support/camping tactics. To make things ever more interesting, hefty paints have been added to the spray shop... but very little has been added to the little leagues! I myself, as of the next sale, will be driving a m3 viking which will sport a m3 thunder with a nice coat of zeus and boy, I cant wait for that day to come ;) The last thing I would want after just earning my place amongst the big boys is to have new, better mods come out. Ever since the release of the dictator, teir 1 weapons and hulls has not been revisited and very few support paints have been given to them.

 

What do you think tanki, should the next new line of weapons/hulls/paints should be dedicated to the little leagues, or top the existing powerful items that are already dominating the field as is?

No. The low ranks don't stay "low" for long. People want new weapons that are effective and fun to use and also unique. If it's a low level then professional players can't use them in good battles.

 

We know that players want good and unique weapons/tanks

 

And Tanki wants money.

 

Giving a new high ranked equipment is the best way for both sides to have what they want

 

Think about it, newbies will be pro's eventually.

 

But pro's won't ever be noobies again.

The vast amount of low ranks leaving the game shows that more lower weapons are necessary. Tanki want money, and the best way to get money is to get the low ranks to stay: eventually, a lot of them will buy crystals and get money. The high ranks, on the whole, have no fear of leaving tanki and so will stay and will buy the crystals when a weapon comes out at their rank, eventually. On the other hand, the low ranks need things to make them stay.

Good point conta, but I must argue that a lot of nubs drop out before they become pros. We on the other hand do not get as restless as the new guys do since we already invested in the game, we are less likely to do to drop the game, so most of use would be willing to wait longer then the nubs. I think if tank elaborated on a teir 1.5 (eqiv to dictator), it would give the new guy more to look forward to. I think the biggest turn off for most of these new guys is the lack of variety and how everyone progresses at the same pace at the start unless the start buying at an early age.

^This. I know, for one, I was utterly bored from gefreiter to staff sergeant and it was only my friend saying that it got funner at the high ranks that kept me in the game.

Tanki shouldn't add anything else. I mean m3 Shaft takes First or Second Liuetenant, so what will be the starting rank of the next gun? Buy it at Colonel, m3 is Liutenant General? Than Lt. Colonel and Brigadier? Maybe buy something at Brigadier and m3 is at General? I don't think Tanki has room to add anything.

Oh, I am sure there are many new things tanki could add. But first, they are trying to get this done right as their base for future development, I would think.

Well, what if they added limited tactical nuclear weapons to the mix! How about that for extreme, lol! :D Then things would really get crazy in Tanki! (OK, I'm not serious, just having fun!

There are many paints, a few tank bodies ideas floating around that are generally considered ok enough for the future turrets idk but tanki need 2.0 before any of those ideas are realized search the forums they are there somewhere and plausible not noobs saying i want machine gun on tank too.

The most borinest rank period is recruit - sergeant

No dictator, no railgun, stuck on pure M2 equipments until you rank.
