lost account

Hello,

 

My brother lost is account.

What can he made to recover it?

 

The nickname is gerett.

He don't give the pasword, but he cannot connect on.

Yesturday, after he connect on test server, after several minutes for test, he logout and return on normal server.

He have 4 time the message " connexion close by server".

After that, he cannot connect on his account.

 

He receive on is mail, a message from tanki, but it was in russian. After translate, he contain a link to change email and password.

To securise the account, he clic on, but that doesn't works...

 

He clean the computer cookies (see on another post in help section), that has no effect.

 

Could you help him?

 

Also, he cannot connect to his account on the forum...

I have the same problem.

Since my russian is not that good I didnt understand all text, but the only difference is that I could not play at the test server too. Text appeared witch as poor as my russian is, was like you dont have rights to play at test server or something like that

Edit: now rhat i have seen topic Phising tentatives with test server false link, it looks pretty same. So if my account isnt recoverable, then please close it just down.

I never make anithing to do that, o r perhaps a mistake.

 

So what can I do to retrieve my account (nickname : gerett) ?

 

I can tell by MP, the last password, and the email.

No!! do not give your password, please send a screenshot of exactly what is happening when you try to log in.

Sorry, I don't want to tell here my password or email account...

Perhaps on a private message, but only if I sure of the person who receive it.

 

So, when I went to connect to my account "gerett"

 

- Server return : "Password is incorrect"

 

When I want to receive the password from the registered email :

I put my email.

- server return : "this email is not registered. Probably you registered different one"

 

But, I'm sure that the email is the good email.

No response, only on my last connexion, I'm on a page in russian, who list modérators's forum and game.

The email wax in Russian, so I translate (google)

 

After, in this post, I made like you say.

I read post before, and send a PM to Ksenia Ignatieva.
