Then... I log-in into my account and I lost my Hornet m3, my Freeze m2, my Shaft m1... then I look at my EXP and I was 120.000 from Marshall, now I'm 3 ranks from Marshall and I receive almost 8.000 cristals that is not even the cost of Hornet m3, I spent money on this game long time ago for get Hornet m3 and time for upgrade freeze and shaft.

 

¿Why this happened to me? If you're going to steal my upgrades and ranks at least give me the correct amount of cristals that I use and spent.

What sabotage? and what Warning? This must be a joke... I spent time and money for purchase what I purchased and for earn that EXP and rank up and then they just come and remove from me some upgrades, EXP and Ranks and they give me almost 8.000 cristals that is not even the amount of cristals from all my upgrades? Give me back everything, you're wrong, I've never sabotage anything and never received a warning or at least give me the correct amount of cristals, you're stealing my money.

I never cheat... you can ask to many high players that know me, I hate cheats and I never use them because I don't even know where get them or how use them.

For shoot two times to companions with Twins is "Sabotage"? If yes please tell me so I can report many players and everyone will lost 25% of everything ;)

 

About the Thunder... I agree that I was shooting to him and trying to stop him after he flipped me for capture my flag.

 

So, it was just 1 time and I didn't receive any "Warning", so what are you waiting for? Give me everything back.

Every kind of action that disturbs your team mates is sabotage.

About a warning, you got a day ban from the chat. In the reason there was written "Sabotage".

I'm impressed that the punishment was so harsh. Unless more players complained about you, bearing in mind that mods might have been sent pm's to complain.

 

The firing with the twins clearly shows that you're guilty as charged. Without evidence of the person flipping you in the first violation of the rules, then it's your word against his. Those few seconds in the video seem pretty minor but why would they put in the effort to complain about you for those few seconds. I feel you might have been annoying them for a while.

 

 

You shouldn't be so rude when attempting to get the mods to take another look at your case and potentially refund you with what they've taken.

Rules are rules, you get a warning or two, you get a fine on your account, 25%, 50% or 100% and you can also get a permanent ban. Life is tough.
