This photo is not enough proof to have the hacker banned.Next time make more photos/videos and post 'em in the Complaints section.

to add to UAV1997's answer....as long as someone is running a hack to get the crystals before they drop to the ground, you will never get them. i recommend when you see this happening just leave that battle and join a new one unless you are the points leader in TDM or your team is winning in CTF. i have seen this many times and no way to get a video or screen shot of the cheater because of not knowing who it is.

But in this case, if the OP was closer, he would see his name.Because the hacker is not invisible.
