Let me clear some things up for the clan' community

So the first question would be, Why am I doing this anyway, Why should I do it, The answer is simple, people don't seem to understand the importance of a clan leader. I'm usually the one dealing with the clan section in the English forum so I think I need to clear some things up.

 

The topic starter is the clan leader, no exceptions, Why? Because moderators have to implement rules. The rules state that anyone below Major can't be a clan leader, so to make sure that people don't fake the situations and force a higher ranked player to be the clan leader until the original person ranks up we have this rule. The clan simply can't exist otherwise. I've already cleared up why there is this rank limit to make a clan.

 

Some reasons why the topic starter is the clan leader.

 

• Moderators will contact the clan leader, the topic starter in case anything is wrong.

• No matter what happens the topic starter is responsible for the clan.

• In case the clan needs to passed on to someone else the topic starter will have to contact the forum moderators

• In case the clan needs to be closed, he will contact the forum moderators

• He will be the one who updates the member lists.

• Other clan leaders will contact him in case they want to play clan wars or plan other games.

• No matter what happens he will be incharge of the clan and the moderators will take his word over the other "co-leaders"

 

Similar things happen in case the clan is closed and then reopened. Although some other rules apply there as well.

 

• After a clan is closed and if the clan was sticky'd earlier its name is reserved for 30 days.

• No one may use the same clan name without the permission of the previous clan's leader.

• After 30 days people are allowed to remake the clan.

 

Now everyone who's been paying attention in the clan section would know what happened to Domination Clan, They made Alklines the clan leader, who in turn left TankiOnline, He stated that the clan's name should not be used by anyone, although he gave permission around last week. So the clan name is available.

Similarly I've had private messages from angry DC members, as well as Vengenace. As Vengeance' current leader is banned they want the clan to be transfered to DTeCH, Although Snyper still answers Private Messages he has not contacted the forum moderators for the clan transfer, We cannot do so without the permission of the clan leader just because if you skip the permissions step this system will become easily abusible.
