Annoying Friendly Fire

I've been playing this game for a little while but I've really been annoyed by the random rude people who just start firing at me even when I'm on their team. I've even had a guy purposely push me over an edge to fall upside down.

 

So i've been wondering is it common to be fired at by your own team?

Also, is it because the tank I use looks "noobish" ( I use firebird and wasp with black paint.)

It is not common, part of it may be your weapon and tank. But, the times I see people get pushed is when they are not moving out of the way or you travel a long way to get a crystal and someone notices it and travel 2 meters to get it while you spent all that time. Or other times people will get shot at is when they are just occupying space and not moving at all.

it is called sabotage and if you have enough evidence then you can report them ok

It is a random question, but i am with you, that people who kill there own teammates are very annoying. I don't like the friendly fire option. i think it needs to be removed imo. I like being able to shoot through my teammate to kill the enemy in front, not kill my teammate.

This is back from 2010 when there weren't that many mods and features ._.
