Protection paints, quick help

Clay is also good for defenders, as ricochets will attack the enemy base... when they come, you're very well protected against them. (correct me if I'm wrong... really)

I'm a thunder M3 and I most often defend the enemy base, but I also gain flags due to viking.

Is clay a good choice for me?

Because I'm waiting for another discount period, and I've always wanted clay in my arsenal.

and no I do not want protection against my own gun, because I rarely get killed by my own splash damage unless I want to.

Ricochets are dominating the most maps and I can't kill them at close range because of their annoying knockback.

thats the main reason I want protection against ricochets... I have more time to aim.

I'm not sure though, 10000 crystals is one huge payment. (if not 7500)

Your guide made me doubt about purchasing clay paint, because you said clay is for attackers.

yes I do attack, but I defend more often.

Ok, then somebody should update that info and add new paints like needle, jade irbis. That post should be the reference to compare items.

Bump,

koolwalky, is clay paint a good purchase when you look at my previous post?

I might buy Clay, I love how it looks :)

So do I, most people want those 15K paints but they all look a bit cartoony.

clay makes you a real tank :)

I'm not so sure about the purchase yet.
