Cant Buy Crystals, Would Appreciate Help

"We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please, try again later!" this is the message that i get after i submit by payment info to the gate2shop site. i have tried it multiple times from 2 computers, with the same message. i would especially like to get this fixed while the double crystals card is active, so quick help would be appreciated. thanks
