Personally i find this very offensive as I am not a noob, and live in New Zealand, which is probably in your definition of 'foreigner', and have a obviously better grasp of the english language than you. How do you know that only foreigners do not turn the 'tower'? because I certainly do. You must be a low rank unimpressed by all those who you play with (people who just joined as recruits).
