Shouldn't it be like "The player with the highest amount of kills"?

No it shouldn't. This is done so that people who killed the most in the middle of the round will not self-destruct or stay on pause etc. to prevent being killed by the opponent

 

You are right.

But imagine: I kill my opponent 3 times, he kills me 0 times.So:

Me - 3 kills, 0 deaths

He-0 kills, 3 deaths

 

So, when I make my 3 kills, I start running and hiding, so he can't kill me.The battle ends, and I have less deaths - 0 deaths, so I win - this won't be fair.What will happen?
