ok, I was playing a game, i was in first place on the winning team, and all of a sudden, i am forcibly disconnected from the server, and then therussian joined. since I know he is a powerful admin, mabye he was there to kick me since everyone wanted me gone, but I couldnt read russian, so im not sure.

 

edit: it turns out I didn't 5 players. that makes me mad because I cant remember when I tried to flip anybody, and i got cheated out of a ton of crystals and i got warned for no reason. i would also like to talk to therussian more about this. i also talked to one of them, I asked him if he had proof and he didnt say anything

I know Ultra wasn't flipping anyone as he is my brother. Besides he can't speak or read Russian so he has no idea what they were saying to each other in game (We live in the USA). You can also not copy and paste any text in a game, so it is impossible to use a translator to find out what they were saying. The people who complained also have no proof, and that is because Ultra was never doing anything against the Rules in any game. He has been playing the game for an hour and was in first place on the winning team and was bound to get many crystals from the funds. I believe this may be the reason for the 5 players in the game (who all speak Russian) to lie in order to have him removed. My brother was also using a Hornet and Isida in that specific game and because the Hornet is a light weight tank body it can only flip other Hornets and Wasps and the Isida has no recoil so can't do anything to flip tanks. My brother is a victim and I believe he deserves and apology and the warning to be lifted. If this happens again and gets unfairly banned from playing Tanki, that will make me look down upon the staff. He has also purchased crystals with his own money too. He better not get banned for something he is not responsible for. This is a serious situation and warnings/bans should not be given out lightly as they have been today. This is dealing with people's money, not just the freedom to play a game. If no proof is available, it would be considered unprofessional and stealing in some cases to ban someone permanently from Tanki. What would prevent me from getting together 4 other friends, going into a game and then having all of us lie about a player to have them removed and warned/banned so my friends and I could get the entirety of the battle funds? That would actually be quite simple to do.

 

I hope this issue is corrected appropriately.

I know Ultradc personally, and he has never tried to flip other players, either for fun or to win a game. It is fairly obvious that the other team was jealous or something and wanted him out of the level... the physics in the game hardly allow for you to flip other players unless you were going head-to-head, and in that case they were trying to flip you as well.

 

I have, several times when facing a Railgun with a Railgun, used the recoil in conjunction with the force you get when you are hit to flip over some Hornets, and I have gotten quite skilled at doing it, and in fact had it done to me several times... but the Isida has no such recoil, and the Hornet is hardly capable of knocking over Vikings, Mammoths, and Dictators.

 

Later, he confronted one of the players who had him kicked out... and the other player avoided him completely.

 

I see this is a biased reaction to an unproven claim and demand that it is looked into and/or the other players are punished.

I got complaints from 5 different people that you were trying to not let them play the game. That is forbidden by the game rules, like I've told you before.

When you flip and cannot get up, it's aprt of the game. When you intentionally flip others and prevent them from winning, it's an offence and it is punishable according to our rules. Thus, may I suggest that you read the whole topic and understand the contyext before correcting me next time.

SD, I think he means in his post that flipping sideways because you were to close to the edge of a map is part of the game.

What proof is there that he was flipping players? Did you see him doing it? Are there screenshots??? NO! Only the word of 5 people who intentionally avoid him after that battle!

And those 5 people were communicating with each other in game or maybe even with another communication system outside of the game in order to get him kicked. I could do the same thing to any other player in a large game with my friends and teammates I know from other websites. I guess my brother will have to record all of the public games he plays in now out of fear of being permanently banned from Tanki.

So you can flip players on the enemy team, but not on your team? Then why was the ENEMY team complaining??? If he was flipping people on his OWN team, why wasn't his OWN team complaining?
