More issues

Ever since the 1.100 update, when I login to my account, the stats at the top take AGES to appear. When everything finally appears, I click on my GARAGE, but it loads AGAIN. Forever. And it gets worse! When I join a battle, it loads super quickly! It only takes 30 seconds for the first game loading. But when the match ends, I click EXIT, ........... but nothing happens. I hover my cursor above the garage, but the cursor does not change it's appearance indicating you could press the button.

 

P.S. The spinning tanks STOPPED. No more problems with it.

I have been getting these as well.

 

So far, I've found no solution. Maybe email help@tankionline.com?

 

 

Only things I can tell you:

•Might wanna get a better laptop/computer.

•Better internet.

Do not make him spend unnecessary money when the solution is impossible for users to achieve; this has only occurred after the 1.100 update, thus it is a problem on Tanki's end!

You must give them time to optimize the engine in a future update, maybe then the garage and battle list will load faster.

^Ma'am. I was just telling him the things HE could do to fix the problem. Right no there is NO other solutions.

But that is the concern...because it is on Tanki's end, the things that he could try may (certainly) not work, which means he would end up wasting money to buy the solutions you mentioned. :( (not including e-mailing Help, but it is not the most reliable these days)

 

But then again, a good Internet and computer is never a bad thing, when you want to do things not concerning Tanki.
