no map loads. please help

hello there,

i'm playing tankionline since 2011 and its a great game. unfortunately i'm facing a weird problem from 13/14 october. i can log into server but can't play because no maps load!! tried every map but facing same problem. sometimes sandbox loads but i can't see any tank there, all of them are invisible. cleared browser cache, tried different browser even on different pc but same problem exist. when i select a map to battle, its just loading and loading....checked Local Area Connection Status, there's no byte received on loading screen.

please note that im on a high speed connection (1Mbps) and my average ping rate on this server is 280ms.

someone please help me.... :(

Try to reduce your performance settings in the settings of the game, deselect all and then see if you can log in. Do you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card?

thanks moderator it works like a charm. i cant play small map (4 tanki's team) like farm,sandbox but can't play big map like silence,kungur etc (10 tanki's team). when i select those maps i got this error "Connection closed by server". please help moderator :(

 

i have latest driver installed for my graphics card and also latest flash player installed
