Hello.

I have noticed recently many problems causing lots of trouble between players: many friends of mine (and more people) are loosing their accounts. cause: hacking. Either someone enters to your account and changes password, email, etc., or it just ruins you and bans you or blocks you. That´s not my case fortunately, but i have seen those cases. And some players start blaming others, even their own friends! Curiously, that has to be with the recent ENORMOUS lags and freezes and sudden kicks out of battles. Also one strange bug happpened to me. In one server im already a WO4, but in others it shows im a WO3 but i still can use shaft. I also have seen many players cussing and stalking others and they do not get banned, instead, the "victim" gets banned (no offence moderators, but i have noticed this many times.)

What is happening Tanki? I dont want to blame YOU specially, nor to be agressive, but I (and many people who accorded with me to write this) need an answer. I hope you understand. I know there are many updates coming, but i need an answer.

I am not a developer but this has happened to me as well, there were people cussing and fighting at me on one battle field and I got banned just for flooding. That`s why I don`t talk much on the battle field, that`s why I just keep on fighting without saying a word, to show that it does not matter what me or anyone else says but all that matters is that I can kick everyone`s but!!! :angry:

For the WO4-->WO3 problem: this is simply a delay between servers' database updates.. When you rank up in (for example) server2, log off, join server5, it may happen that your rank is still the previous.. Just refresh or wait some times, it will fix itself.

This may happen with XP too, you make 1000 XP, log off, change server and find that you miss that 1000 XP.. Just wait :)

 

For the cussing, stalking, etc problem: well, this exist everywhere and always existed. What you can do? Take screenshots of players insulting you, scamming you, hacking, cussing and whatever you think is against the rules then, after reading the Complaint sections rules, post a new topic and complain. If what you are going to complain about are insults or similar, you must send those screenshot to a Moderator in a PrivateMessage. If what you are going to complain about are hack or similar, post a topic in Complaints and explain your problem.
