I dont think buying a paint is very useful:

Lets say there are 3 paints worth 300. One of them will win.

So you have 33% chance to win some of the fund.

BUT: the winner of that battle gets 50% of that fund.

So this are your chances:

33% paying 100 crystals and get something about 150 back

or

66% paying 100 crystals and lose.

Is it worth it?

your right about chances but you will get more than 150 if you fan win so 3 paint,s lets say 1000 buys first 1000 sec 1000 third soo the fund is300000 and if your fan win you will get 300 crys back
