My clan actually does only accept Dutch people, just because most of my clan members cannot speak English very well.. But I'm not a racist by disclosing other natives.

It is not racism. There are some clans that accept only english because there would be issues on comunication during calls, or battles.

As in that they can't talk in the clan's language? But then they would need to tell, that you need to speak specific language and not to say that you must be specific nation. But if you mean, that there can be problems with communication, because of how the Skype would give the sounds out - that made me thing - what if you were like Russian, and live on the other side of the world? So that makes this fact racism - this would mean, that rather you say, that you have to be living in specific country, or you have to be able to speak in specific language - other ways - it's racism.
