I have multiple hulls and turrets that i don't use and i could use some diamonds to upgrade the things that i actually use. I think i've sent you hundreds of emails and requests for selling some items but nothing happened. Think about that please!!

The first one is just great, very well thought out. But I don't get the second one. My email addresses are a lot harder to type than my usernames.

Also one of my email addresses is too long to fit in the log in screen. So I'll just stick to logging in with my usernames.

Or is it done to the service of the ones who chose a hard to write username?

The nick cannot be changed.

The email can be changed by going to your account->Settings and press the 'Change password and email' button.

That's good, but if someone crack any account, he can easily change the password and email. That's bad only :)

Let me tell you, how it works.

If you have a password for any account in game you can only log in...and that's all. If you want to change E-mail or password, you press the button and we send e-mail to your box. So, if you don't know password for e-mail box, you can't change anything.

How do you explain this then?

My password and email can be changed in game, so if someone got into my account, they could change them both, and lock me out of my account completly. This is especially dangerous as I'm a Staff Member...

That might make you angry, but think a bit more about that what I'll write here. Acctually your reaction will tell a lot how right I am. You are sure in power to ban me - You will only prowe I'm right. Why do I write that - because I was informed many complainers were threaten to be banned If they continue to complain.

Actually I'm pretty sure you just talk about but you do nothing. Not really. I accuse TOL owners not do anything about laggs. I even think that's deliberately. TOL support their people with that. I can understand that they have cheaper stuff, but this go too far. It's impossibly play normal if there are constant lags and connection "hang" every minute. But... Seems Russians never have lagg problems - its unfair advantage. You did nothig situation would improve for a long time and situation seems get worse.

 

1. Put your "international engins" out of Russia! You will made most with that. When I have lags an problems in 90% that's fault of network you are in. man don't need to be some genious to see that. Onnly need lounch tracerute. Ping response of 500 ms in that network tell everything.

2. There are often some strange coinsidences which happened too often - play was smooth and oposit team (all Russians and like some group who know each other well) was lossing . Suddenly kind of laggs started ("connection closed by server" kind), but only on our side. Oposite team was not disputed with this "lagg problems". Only one team members were "falling out". Of course result changed fast in favour of other team. And that happend several times.

3. My accusation is proved also with that you never made some "Hall of shame" where would you put list of all banned cheater as that for sabotage saboteur get only a day bann (even for long mouth you get a week) - that's nothing for benefit of stolen funds that way. For your info - all saboteurs I've met were Russian (cyriliyc letters and language...)

Again - on forum were complaits there's no answer from help@tankionline.com - then someone told that he get an answer in 1/2 of hour and added - "You just need to write in Russian" :o

 

I don't have anything agains Russia or Russians (i've met some of them who are incredible good and honorable people)... but how I see thigs there's impression players are divided in Russian players and other (2nd class) players.

Yea? What kind of? Will you degrade shaft again and make rice even more powerful? Sorry my cynicsm, but every change was made was worse. Since last upgrade rico is most poverful and usefull weapon can't even kill him with shaft from close because you made those balls so big and shiny. You screwed thihgs with those 15k already.

I can't wait to see what you will screw again. But if you do something right I promise I wiil apologize to you public.

And BTW - I think cheats are in again, just unable to prove it because are smart. Other day I played with my "lower account" and some players were resistant on freez efect (slowing down) they didnt stuck but simply turn like nothing happed. Also some non-druged thunde killed full health M3 Hornet in just 2 shots and nondrugged rail with only one - simply calculation tell us there's something wrong.

Hornet M3 = 100 HP

Thunder M3 = 46 HP damage => 2 x 46 = 92 < 100

Rail M3 = 85 HP damage < 100

Is this bug or cheat?

Now you will probably say : "Prove it." You right. I can't. There's too many things impossible to prove. We - usual players don't have tols for discower all those things. I can only say I'm not some adolescent teenager. What joy I would have to writing untruth? I've already lost a big part of joy even to play TOL because of reasons I've written above. I think I'm not the only one.

I don't see a reason why everyone is complaining about lag. If you're not using chrome, use it. Defragment and clean your computer, and everything should be fine. I also recommend downloading and using gamebooster, as that program significantly increases your computer response time.
