so i send i massege to the hacker and my brother reseve it in his email

 

when he try to have the password with his email tanki sais that you have to write another email

 

please help us to return it back

That message is not related to the theft. This is what you have to do:

 

First of all, make sure that you can't enter the game with your normal data.

 

Secondly, send a message to help@tankionline.com

In the message clearly describe your problem in details, it will help the specialists to solve the problem much quicker.

 

The message should contain:

1. The nickname of the lost account

2. If you bought crystals for real money (dates and methods)

3. Are you someone's referreal? (Nickname)

4. The first mail the account was registered in

5. If you got any serious ban from the chat or any other punishment

6. Date of the loss

7. Where do you play from? (Country and region)

8. What were the last purchases in your garage?

 

 

Do not create topics like "HACKED ACCOUNT! HELP!!" in the Forum.

 

Once you sent your mail to the specialists, you will receive another email telling you the number of your ticket. Please wait until all the cases before you are solved.
