There is nothing in EULA about rebalances are not part of non-recoverable. Ive lost $500. Before I could buy all tier 2 turrets and hulls(excluding hornet) and zeus and inferno. Now I can only buy till generallismo and 1 m3 combo and 1 paint. But there is no point complaing. If you spent money, then you accepted EULA so deal with it. If you didn't spend money and believe you wasted your time, then thats your fault. Time is not "legally" money. No judicial system will reimburse you for spending 500 hours of your life on Tanki. You chose to make that decision. Now deal with it. Im not too happy with the rebalance either but there is no point arguing.

So, the answer is No.

I've sent a P.M. to the administrator about that. I am not asking for my money back, I am asking for another chance to buy the proper gaming equipment and spend the rest on combat supplies. I know it's possible to take away items in the garage and I know it's possible to get your crystals back as it happened to me personally. I've sent this P.M. to Maksim Khusainov but I haven't gotten an answer yet and it has been only 2 days since I did that.

Re the EULA etc.

The purchase and supply of crystals is a contractual aggreement like any, I buy you sell contract, and must comply with the national consumer protection law of the buyers country. For example http://www.oft.gov.u...l/unfair-terms/

 

i can understand many huge buyers hating the rebalance.

i can understand many hard grafting, non or low buying, fighters hating the rebalance.

What I can't understand is why Tanki is alienating so many customers.

 

For the record I was a fighter who learnt quickly at tank college that tanks can jump and fly with the greatest of ease, have rotating turrets and reverse gears. Also if you don't fight - you don't win.

I hate the rebalance.

you'r spot on of m2 shaft alright LOL.. 2x m2 shafts on full charge(i believe so as they took too llong to fire upon me) couldnt take down m2 mammy(no armour, no shaft paint) :D

...and it happens on multiple occasions.

hahahha, definitely will -> but after reading this they will most probably be non buying players and if this is what they want I'm happy about it.

What new shinier toys are you speaking about -> this "guy from alley" took from me what I already paid for. They coud do it in little bit different way - introduce new hulls, guns etc and in this way it would be new shiny toys.

I think that you would love to buy 2 lamborghinis and after one week "guy from alley" comes takes it from you, refund you in virtual money (crystal) and said to you now you can buy new shinier cars for this crystal (which are in RL slower etc. compared to what you've had before) but you will have enough crystal maybe for one new lambo.

This is correct from your point of view I suppose.

And yes I'm whining about MY MONEY and MY TIME SPENT INGAME to be able to buy new tanks etc...

i like old tanki this rebalance made certain things over powered and others to weak. and the way we earn crystals will mean by time we are the highest rank we will still be wanting to upgrade

Khusainov is the Russian Community manager...Firstly, he won't answer you, because he gets thousands of messages every day, secondly, he cannot reset your garage again and give you the crystals...Actually NO ONE will do it.You got your crystals back when the rebalance happened, you had to check everything carefully before buying.If now they return you the crystals AGAIN, they'll have to do it again for ALL the players, because you aren't so special, they can't give something only to you.
