The EULA MUST NOT be on the forum, it should show up when we SIGN UP to the game.

Don't ask us to agree to some c**p that was on the forum. I was a WO1 by the time I knew there was even a FORUM. I was a Brigadier by the time I knew there was an EULA.

I'm not saying I dont agree to it, I'm saying it should show up when you sign up to the game. -.-

Just a FYI, the EULA is illegal in Europe

it is?

Can you explain to me? o:

According to Europe's laws if you buy the m3 stuff you should continue to have it, the prices can be increased by it should only affect new players, because you bought crystals FOR THAT ITEM WITH THAT AMOUNT OF PRICE YOU INTENDED TO PAY, New players can however still make the choice of wanting to pay for the item at increased price. Also "non-recoverable" is illegal. Basically EULA covers changes to the service and termination of the game, but not removing what you have ALREADY PAID FOR and then giving you back less value at a rate you DID NOT CONSENT TO.

Heres a example. Theres a shop ( Tanki) that sells laptops. For the sake of simplicity there are only 2 to choose from, a normal one and a more expensive but better performing one ( m2 and m3 ) So you bought the more expensive one. One day the shop decides to forcefully take away your laptop, and in return give you back a voucher that can only be used at the shop ( crystals) at the price you bought it for originally. Then the shop raises the prices of the laptops such that you can only afford the normal one since the better one is too expensive. You now have 2 choices, either make do with the normal one or spend more money to get back the better one which you originally owned. How is this fair?!

So you are saying that I can sue tanki for some money?

nice.

Remember that when you first went to the shop you agreed with their eula, which says that all buyers accept the shop 'as is' and that the owners of the shop don't give any guarantee if the shop will be the same forever. :)

My friend, that is not it at all.

Imagine that the laptop managed to make a much better, much stronger version of the "better" laptop.

It is an improved m3 version, much stronger than the old.

So, they give you back what you paid for for the old version of the better laptop.

And they allow you to buy back the "m2" laptop, which has the same power as the old "m3" laptop.

If you want to get the much more powerful version, first you must work hard to earn the money for it, which most fair tankmen will do.

It is not illegal, because in essence, it is a total refund, because <<New M2>> = <<Old M3>>.

The old and new laptops are not the same at all.

Do you understand? :)

This is not true. In every situation (even from the legal point) you have to use common sense. It is not that new tanks or hulls are any better than the old ones, because they just changed the game and didnt make it better. Even that the guns are more powerfull, the hulls are more powerfull as well. So in battlefield, once you face another M3 tank you are just as weak/strong than before even if you bought full M3 back with higher prices.

What if during a football game the referree interrupts the game, and says the players must give their clothes to the referree for him so that he can rebalance them back to the players. The referree says you must give him the vouchers he rebalanced to you for the clothes plus pay 100 dollars for the new shoes, 100 dollars for shorts, 100 dollars for shirts and 50 dollars for socks. He tells them that with these new shirts every goal is now 2 goals and every penalty is now 2 penalties. So when the players get back in the field after buying everything back with big money, they are actually just as good/bad they used to be. The only real change is that the referree made a lot of money.

I own and run two small businesses. Over the last three years I've had to let a number of employees go, cut costs and reduce prices just to stay in business. Perhaps this is why I'm so angered by "the rebalance", the arrogance of Tanki online in the manner in which it has treated its customers. I and many users have outlined in detail our concerns - Prices increase, removal of property, etc. The fact Tanki has closed discussions where customers can at least voice their opinions only adds to my impression of a company with only contempt for those that keep them in business. As for those who have left posts supporting Tanki's actions, well maybe when you get a little older, get a job and have to pay your own way in life, you'll realise the rebalance as enacted was a rip off, nothing more. I'm sure Tanki will keep going in the short term, funded by new players and kids spending their parents money, that is until a similar game that actually values its customers comes along.

There are some terms that the law deem "unfair" that is illegal. Virtual or not , Tanki cannot take goods away and replace a inferior one with it. Purchases should also be refundable if goods dont arrive in 30 days so Tanki stating that all money spent are un-recoverable makes parts of the EULA invalid Tanki also cannot state that all purchases still belong under tankionline.com

I don't care about the Rules or whatever , I just want to ask questions . What do they do to our money that we donates to them ( It is not a little money) ? Why do they have to add more prices at Weapon and Tank ? Do they want us to donates to them more ?

Look at dial a phone's post. Unfortunately if the devs do not give word on this I will- and im sure many others would too, just assume that people like dialaphone is correct

Please just stop discussing such things, because I think you're not competent in this area. Or are you?

Contact a lawyer, then tell us the results. We'll see then who's right.

So just because you think that i am not competent in this area, I should just shut up and give up my rights and just suck it up? And my purpose is not to get tanki sued, because if that was a the case i wont be posting it here. It was meant as a FYI. Oh and you still didnt explain how your use of "dumb heads" somehow dont get you punished as the game rules state.
