Server issue - investigated - for years?

Many, many people have (and still are) complaining about 'spinning tanks', 'game freezing' etc.

 

The "It is being investigated" or "It is your fault" answer can surely only be used for a finite period of time (unless we (your customers) really are idiots or too young to understand).

 

Here's a related complaint dated January 2011 (I just did a quick search - I can provide hundreds more (more specific) if required).

If server issues are not really being investigated, or the developers aren't capable of solving it, then isn't it your duty to your customers to honestly inform us of that in order that we can make an informed decision on whether we think the game is worth playing or not?

 

Two years - same issues? The whole game could be re-written in 2 years! You must agree that something doesn't add up here when all we receive is: "Being investigated. Topic closed".

Is the topic closed - without an answer (because the above is patently NOT an answer) in order to stop discussion and thus hide the fact that this is a very serious issue?

 

I have played this game for a long time and spent a lot of money on it. I at the very least expect not to be treated like a dimwit (or a 7 year old), and expect honesty (just as I am honest with you).

Confirm the same problem for almost a year. I had made the complaints before in both english and russian, now, i am going to make it again.

Please resolve the problem for those who are living outside Russia and only in this way you can increase your income as you will create the competition between russian players and overseas gamers.

 

Дорогие разработчики, если Вам не безразличные проблемы лагов у людей которые живут не в России во время игры танкионлайн, пожалуйста, разрешайте их, и толко таким образом Вы увеличит Ваш доход, так как Вы создаете условия конкуренции между российскими геймерами и иностранцами.
