Problems logging in and playing games

I am facing problems with loading the log on screen, logging into tanki, joining and playing games.

A variety of errors appear and most times a total failure to load pages and games.

Could it be a result of the update of the adobe flash player?

I have version 11,5,502,135 installed, i think it's the most recent.

 

I've tried advice from other threads in the forum and replies to a thread i created but

the problems are persisting.

 

I used to play tanki on Ubuntu(Linux) and Windows 7 but Ubuntu stopped loading completely while

windows started having errors & failures when loading, logging in, joining and playing games.

This happened at the same time for both operating systems.

Exactly what issue are you getting when you log in or going to battle? Tell me what error you are getting.

On Ubuntu,

It has been showing ''loading error: error #2032'' but yesterday it showed this error with a number starting with 60. I didn't take note of it.

 

Other times the page tries to load and stops with a blank white screen or stops halfway after loading a background image or colour.

 

While other times it shows the message ''connection to server c11.tankionline.com failed'' depending on the server selected

 

On windows,

When loading pages, sometimes the page tries to load and stops with a blank white screen or stops halfway after loading a background image or colour.

 

Other times is shows ''connection closed by server'', this happens a lot but I've observed that I have a better chance of logging into server 18 than the rest even if other servers have fewer players logged in. And that is after retrying 1 to 5 times. But occasionally I get to log on screen at first attempt on server18.

 

When joining and playing games.

Some times the game stops loading leaving a blank background image or colour

 

Sometimes when loading and playing the game it shows 2 errors ''Fatal error. Error #1125, null'' and ''A fatal error has occurred return into battle'' but now days it returns to member area instead.

 

I've only managed to last just a few seconds in a game before those errors come, but if I could play longer, I think I'd experience lag just like the other players. It used to happen before this began.

 

I was just wondering, could this also be a problem from the ISP?

I used an online speed test and it shows download speed of 0.11mb and upload of 0.10mb.

Is that good enough?

Please repeat your speedtest at speedtest.net choosing the servers located in Perm, Russia, and post here the result.

i picked the one saying perm, hosted by Rostelecom.

I got the same result, 0.11mb download 0.10mb upload except for the ping which 354ms while the first one i did was 255ms

Your speed connection is a huge problem, which causes mostly all the other problems that you have.

In fact, your upload speed is not enough to communicate with the tanki servers. To be able to play, you should have at least 0.25 download and 0.20 upload.

Contact your ISP, you really must improve your connection speed.
