My progress has been wiped !

This is for an admin to look at.

Basically, this morning I played tanki at around 7-ish and then I logged off, then I logged on again about an hour later to discover that I am now RECRUIT LANKBOUV not WARRANT OFFICER 1 anymore. Also, all my progress had been wiped, including my exp and anything bought in the garage. Could someone please do something about it!!!!??? I need help!!!!!!! I have retried logging on several times and i get the same thing every time.

In my case I spent 33,400 crystals buying experience points , then I reloaded the page to see my new Rating and I got same preview points and lost my crystals;

Waiting they fix it

But problem event 30% discount is done and I would buy a M3 weapon but now it is expensive ( + 8,500 crystals )

 

I want my 33,400 crystals + 7,563 crystals to buy ricochet M3

Because I lost crystals and I couldn´t get experience points to M3 ricochet and Now event discount is gone.

 

ricochet = 25210 crystals; on discount30% = 17647 crystals

7563 crystals
