Rank limit for entering in forum

Hello,

Actually one of my friend just made a new account and he is a private but he is unable to enter the forum Is there a rank limit to enter the forum? He told me whenever he tried to log in into the forum he got a message "please enter the ID and password you use to log in into tanki online game" but he was doing the same. Then he thought may be changing the password can do the trick but to his disappointment he is still unable to log in into forum why is that happening? FYI don't make weird replies like ask him to check his password or something because he knows his password very well.

It's the rank limit, he needs to rank two times before he can enter the forum.

Ok friends thanks for help he just told me that he ranked up 2 ranks and now he is corporal and he can log in and use forum thx very much :rolleyes:
