My phone got locked and I need to use my gmail to log in.

 

I know my log in and pass for gmail but it wont unlock and says "to many lock screen attempts

 

And keeps making me re log in to my google acc

 

 

 

Google help is as helpfull as a mad hatter whose 5

 

 

It says reset ur email and I need to answer all these exact date questions

 

 

I have nothing I can do :(

 

Three can't unlock its google error :(

 

 

I had to come out of forum retirement :(

That's really sad. Hopefully someone can help you figure it out, but I really don't know what to do.

Buy google for 800 billion dollars and unlock your account personally.

go back to your phone provider and get them to unlock your phone ..... take proof of who you are with picture I.D. and proof of your address a bank statement and last household bill will do it, also take a copy of your last phone bill if you have a print out of it.

Once you have all that go into the nearest branch and be a face rather than a voice over the phone.

There are also specialist high street shops that can unblock locked phones for a fee they also need all the proofs of who you are but do not let anyone copy your bank or other personal details.

If your really struggle ask to speak to a manager in the shop and get the head offices details of who deals with your type of problem.. if your phone is locked it is a phone problem.. good luck hope it get sorted
