have i been hacked or rebalence

Hi im new to the forum and it seems cool :) ive been playing tanki for a while now and about a month ago the rebalnce happend and well i was hoping to get alot of crystlas but i got like 100 but i had all the hulls and guns this is how it happend

 

 

well i was on vacation and i quickly wanted to play a match of tanki at a hotel so i player LOGED OFF and left all good and great (befor rebalence) and that was the last time i played befor i came back to my home in canada.

i loged on and it said somthing about the rebalence and i was thrilled :) but there was a problom i had like 100 crystlas when it said i get like 2100 back well i check my garage i have every hull and gun but i dont want that (btw fire bird abd smoky upgraded somohow) i like rail gun and nothing else (hornet too) so at first i thugh that was the rebalence but i talked to alot of people and said stuff like a only rail match and they would say i dont have raiil? and i would say but the rebalence gives you all guns and he says no you get crystlas back to buy them so im sad beacuse in 2 rankes i get to upgrade my rail and i wont have any crystlas to do it :( so is there a way to like sell ur guns beacuse i dont like te feeling of being hacked then nothing happens so if any one could help like recall my guns and lt me start over it would help

they were diffrent before the rebalance :rolleyes:

Twins - 10

Railgun - 100

Isida - 300

Thunder - 500

Adding all these together, he had around 2K.

Guys, what just said is correct.

Alex saw that amount of crystals written in the rebalance window when he logged back after his vacation. All of us joined the game and found a window listing items sold and total amount of crystals received back, same happened to him.

He saw 2100 crystals as his refund, but found only 100 crystals. This happened to some other players that joined the game some days after the rebalance day. They found the window telling them what they got refunded, but then found their old and still upgraded items and their old crystal amount.

 

Alex, just write to help@tankionline.com and explain them your problem, they will explain and help you as soon as possible.

Ahh I see... so it's some sort of bug?

 

But if people bought for example; railgun M3.

will it remain in the garage if they don't meet the rank requirement?

 

 

Also, the new railgun M3 is worth 21830.

So if you didn't got your railgun returned for crystals, you must have a big profit of 21830-3700= 18130?
