I can't join to any battle please help

Had this myself a few times - I put it down to some random connection failure. I close the browser and run CCleaner, and I can then join battles.

 

Various file cleaning utilities can perform in different ways - for example CCleaner is not aggressive, whereas Auslogics BoostSpeed can remove much more (but then game loading is slower the first time you enter a map). I can't guarantee they will work exactly the same on your computer, but when I've had connection difficulties they have definitely helped .

 

If you do try CCleaner, leave the registry cleaner alone (it often wants to delete root files).
