There are many trends going around, first with the Valentines Blues, then the Ask me questions, and now people's thoughts on other people. Lots of people would like to create a trend, but it is a lot harder than it looks, so I have decided to create a tutorial about it.

 

How to start a trend:

 

1. Create a dumb, pointless, or unnecessary topic that would otherwise be drowned out by other topics in a few days.

 

2. PM two of your best tanki friends and tell them to create topics similar to yours.

 

3. While you wait for them to respond play tanki.

 

4. After they create their topics, wait for the forum rush hour and keep the topics alive by posting in them from your newbie accounts. You don't want them to be lost in all the noob topics that are created during this time.

 

5. Continue to watch your topic. As soon as somebody replies, respond to them. This will keep you topic going.

 

6. When somebody notices that there is more than one of these topics, he/she will say to themselves "This is a cool trend. I will create a topic like this too." And he will create a topic similar to yours.

 

7. Thus, your trend is begun, and needs no further pushing. Have fun, and please don't spam useless topics.
